The photos shown are more than a couple years old and are very different.This place is falling apart everywhere because its very old and has been poorly maintained and moderately cleaned, the walk to the beach is nasty and dangerous.Our stay was 9/14/24 thru 9/21/24. We would leave early in the morning and return late, StThomas and StJohn had more than enough beauty to make up for this rental, but it should not have had to. I have never wrote up a bad review, we have stayed in many places over the past 40 years and always take the good with the bad. But this place is shameful and dishonest to us. Shameful and untrustworthy rental.

Pavilions Hi- I booked this trip, to celebrate my spouses birthday & our wedding anniversary. When you book thru Expedia & go on vacation there is an expectation of comfort enjoyment and safety, The listed pictures show on website are fake, are not the actual conditions for my rental. We did reach out & Contact the owner or property manager first, a cleaner came by, with a bottle of Clorox & issues were not resolved. Find below are my issues: Lighting- unsafe/non working fixtures - outside light covering pool area, dark burnt bulb, bathroom unsafe dimly light, lamp inside closet dark non working, kitchen area- 2 out of three led bulbs not working above sink, unsafe. Observed & took pics of Cabinet doors not closing due to hardware. UNSAFE pre-existing conditions. NO hot water- at all. Shower drain cover is dangerously damaged, sharp edges. - I almost slice open my foot and ruined my vacation - UNSAFE. UNSANITARY conditions- Inadequate cleaning created a nest for bugs (COCKROACHES) that were reported to host- what I observed and took pictures of is cleaners do not move furnishings to clean under and behind. Nor do they clean the slats on the bathroom door, observed that cleaners sweep debris over threshold into the pool patio area. I needed to sweep the pool patio took pics and after 3 days took another picture seen a difference still clean- which means no one cleaned prior to our arrival, UNSANITARY. Black mold on floor donot go here.

Chris was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Check-in was easy and location was great — walking distance to both Sapphire and Lindquist. We hit the Beach Buzz every morning for breakfast and enjoyed a lovely meal at Pangea. Would certainly stay there again!

It was a beautiful well maintained property. It was clean inside and outside. The pool was awesome and relaxing. The host was amazing and gave many suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and plan to visit again soon.

Exactly what we wanted for vacation
I was in contact with Chris (the host) from the time we booked last fall until our trip in March. She patiently answered many, many questions and was a wealth of information when it came to planning for a week stay. She has many well deserved high ratings! The property was pretty much as described. We used the kitchen for over half our meals. It was amazing to be able to go to the beach in the mornings and then retreat from the crowds in the afternoons and lounge in the pool. It is right next to a busy road, so there is some road noise, but it did not affect us when we were inside. We were also fortunate to have quiet neighbors most of the week, however there was a day when the next door neighbors were louder. Aside from a little noise, it was still private and relaxing. The only thing I would advise is to be sure to get all 3 door codes before arrival. One to enter the private villa, one to open the sliding door to go inside, and one to enter the resort when walking back from the beach. We were only given one of these codes before arrival. Once we got all 3, we were set. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Wow!!
Wow doesn’t began to describe how much my wife and I enjoyed our villa and overall trip. It was an unforgettable experience. First of all Chris was so easy to deal with. She was helpful and knowledgeable about all the different sites on the island. She helped us with every detail about the villa. The pool was great. The only thing negative I can say, which isn’t any fault of Chris is the leaves falling into the pool. However Chris left a net for us to clean the pool out. That’s how wonderful she was. The beaches were so beautiful and having Sapphire beach so close was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting St. Thomas.

For us it's a great location-Private pool, walk to Sapphire beach, which has fast food ,restaurant-Sea Salt the best, and a bar, plus its close to Red Hook . Chris, the mgr. was just a phone call or text away to answer any questions and give recommendations. Thank you Chris, we had a great time.

We had a good stay at this property. Our host Chris was super helpful, suggesting placea to eat and have fun seeing as this was our very first time on the island. The neighborhood is quiet and closw to beaches, the ferry and lots of restaurants. Overall a good stay

Great stay
Property is well situated though a short walk (8-10 min) to the beach/bars. Very close to Pangea, which is an outstanding restaurant. The property itself is lovely and the bed is super comfortable. Well furnished and very user friendly kitchen. We arranged a driver through the owner for pick up from the airport with a stop at the grocery store and return to the airport. He was super friendly and prompt with pick up and drop off. Overall a great experience!

The perfect Villa for the perfect vacation! My husband and I fell in love with St.Thomas. From beginning to end, Chris was the most informative and accommodating host. Our airport pickup and grocery stop was seamless and very convenient. The detailed check-in instructions made it stress free. Chris's Villa is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The private pool was the icing on top! We enjoyed Pangea on 62nd night (not only a wonderful dinner but a magical experience.) Quick walk to Sapphire Beach (my husband went snorkeling every morning.) Quick and easy taxi to Redhook, American Yaht Harbour, where we enjoyed quite a few lunches and dinners. The ferry to St. John was the perfect day trip. When we had issues with our departing flight, Chris jumped into action to facilitate our move to her other Villa. Again, beautiful, clean and well appointed. We look forward to planning our next trip "on island", and calling Chris's Villa home.

Chris's place was great. Location was perfect. Short walk to Sapphire beach. Having a private pool was great especially after being on the beach all day. Chris was super accommodating when our flight got cancelled and we had to stay an extra day. We'll definitely bring returning for a future visit.

Wonderful Anniversary Get Away
Property delivered from all angles. Privacy, Location, Relaxation. Nothing bad to say. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Chris was very helpful with any questions and suggestions. We a rental car to get around in which was perfect. But the property is close to Red Hook and several beaches (Sapphire is special and neat. Coki is vibe). In my opinion this property is a little Gem, Perfect for couples.

Private tropical getaway
We had a wonderful four nights. The condo was perfect… AC, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice shower. The private pool was the best feature. It was so hot during our stay, even the locals were saying it was hotter than normal. We were amazed at how cool the pool water stayed. We used it a lot. Sapphire Beach was amazing… beautiful beaches, bar. Amazing restaurant called Sea Salt. There is a coffee shop and clothing, souvenir shop as well. There is a Cabana bar and great pizza place too. The ferry dock is a short drive and taxis are Available at Sapphire Beach. We recommend going to St John to spend a day. Chris was a great host and answered any questions we had. She also sent us information about the area. Bernadette picked us up from the airport and stopped at the grocery store for us. She drove us back to the airport when we left. She is amazing and was extremely helpful during our stay. It was nice having her as a resource in an unfamiliar place! We loved our trip!

Oasis just far enough from the crowds
Our first time in St Thomas was welcomed by this awesome property with a gracious host, Chris. We spoke on the phone when we arrived and she gave us a run down of the amenities and areas around the rental, along with restaurant and activity recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the walkability to Sapphire Beach (and the awesome bar, restaurant and shop there). Highly recommend renting a vehicle so you can drive to Magens Bay. It was the most dreamy beach we have ever been to, definitely can’t miss that. Having the house to relax in was so wonderful, we enjoyed the nature scenery around and the quiet secluded feel. 10/10 recommend this rental and this amazing host. Thank you again Chris! We will be back one day for sure:)

Wanted Relaxation.....Got Relaxation - Nice Villa
This property is perfect for people who want a villa atmosphere, but also enjoy privacy. Its private pool is a must have for taking a break from site seeing and beach days. It is a short walk to Sapphire Beach, where you can enjoy the ocean, get food/drink and souvenirs. Chris, the property manager was amazingly friendly and encouraged us to contact her should we need anything or wanted help booking other activities. She helped us arrange transport to and from the airport to the villa, including a stop to the grocery store on arrival with Kishawn, who was remarkable! We would definitely recommend this property.
