Spacious and private, this 6 bedroom, 5 bath villa was decorated with great thought and detail to coastal flair, comfort, luxury and simplicity. Neutral decor, wood accents and hues of Caribbean color entice and calm your senses.  Unobstructed 360 degree views of the BVI's, Atlantic Ocean and tranquil turquoise waters of Magens Bay surrounds you. Located in St.Thomas' most desired gated community on Peterborg peninsula and just a 5 minute drive to one of the Caribbeans' top beaches, Magens Bay. Newly furnished and remodeled (2022), Villa Lucco provides a tropical and spacious indoor, outdoor and poolside atmosphere.

Ground-level entry with ample private parking is convenient for unloading luggage or packing up the jeep for a day at the beach or St.John.

Enjoy the amazingly beautiful sunrises and picturesque BVI's out over the Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, enjoying the vibrant sunsets above Magen’s Bay and stargazing into the night time sky is a must. Unobstructed views looking out to where the ocean's edge meets the horizon makes Villa Lucco the perfect place to get away, reset and create memories with family and friends.

Panoramic views lure you in from the moment you enter the front door. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open concept. A few of the amenities include a twelve-top dining table, Sonos sound system, Star-link internet and a large screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with Viking appliances, a wine fridge, a large walk-in pantry and an additional full-size fridge in the laundry room. The main level also offers a primary suite with full bath, walk in closet, inviting sitting area, private balcony and coffee bar. It is also the location for a 6th bedroom with a shared main bath and a game room with game table that converts into a pool table, ping pong table and card table with benches.

The upper level offers two oceanside bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a king bed that can be converted into two twins upon request. Each bedroom has a semi private balcony and seating area. These two bedrooms share a bath.

Also, on this level are two bayside bedrooms each with their own en-suite and semi private balconies with seating. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other a king. For your convenience, a coffee bar with ceramic mugs, to-go cups and a mini fridge are centrally located on this level.

Cool off in the infinity edge pool overlooking the bays most beautiful aqua blue hues. Air temperatures are pretty consistent to 80 degrees, based on a sunny day, which warms the pool nicely. The pool patio is open and airy yet surrounded by tropical landscaping for plenty of privacy. There are many cozy seating areas including, cushioned couches and swivel chairs, veranda with roll down shades, two rattan hanging chairs, teak dining table with movable umbrella, a four person high top table, grilling space, outdoor shower and a rare area of soft grass where a game of corn hole can be played. Iguana's are frequently seen basking in the tree tops as you look out to the bay. Lime, orange, mango and fig banana trees are also unique to this property.

St. Thomas' natural beauty of lush tropical foliage, winding terrain and steep rock landscaping allow for amazing hiking trails, but is not a very walkable island aside from the downtown and water front areas.
Our gated community is also the perfect area for a morning walk or jog.

Outstanding house for our 11 family members. Plenty of room and the views are spectacular. Not walkable to the beach but it was a close drive to everything. Alexandria did a great job greeting us and making sure we knew where everything was. She was also good about checking in via text.

If you are looking for a location that provides comfort, fun, breath taking views, quick access to the one the most beautiful beaches in our hemisphere then Villa Lucco2 is your place. This property is so so beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us that were there. Our host was excellent and very easy to get a hold of if necessary. I will definately rent again if I go back.

Amazing overlook of Magen’s Bay
We enjoyed our stay so much! This is an absolutely beautiful property overlooking the stunning Magen’s Bay. Communication with the property manager was excellent and we greatly appreciated all the helpful tips and assistance during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call home during our first trip to St. Thomas.

The Miller Moment Destination Wedding
Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this villa. It was perfect for our 4-generation family that stayed here for our destination wedding. Everyone felt like they had their own privacy. The property manager was great. The villa is in between both Magens Bay and the Atlantic ocean and the views are absolutely breathtaking.

Relaxing family getaway
What an amazing and relaxing getaway! You cannot beat the views and location of this house! My family and I stayed here for a week around the holidays and it was perfect for grown adults plus a toddler and newborn. Alexandria, the property manager, helped arrange everything for the children so all baby rentals (bassinet, etc.) were conveniently at the house when we arrived. The location is perfect - a less than 20 min drive from the airport and five min drive to the best beach on St. Thomas. We will be coming back for sure!

Incredible Villa!
There are not enough accolades to describe the wonderful experience we had at Villa Lucco. My husband I and come to St. Thomas almost annually. We usually stay at a hotel but decided to try our first ever VRBO specifically with Villa Lucco for this trip, based on a recommendation. We also invited some friends to join us. The home's entire decor is calming and contemporary. Everything you need to enjoy the space was clearly well thought out and made available. The 6 of us were content to spend time together cooking in the excellent kitchen, BBQing on the grill, listening to music via the Sonos, wading in the pool and enjoying the amazing views of Magen's Bay. Plus we all slept soundly in very comfortable bedrooms. Ashley and Jon were terrific hosts. Jon introduced us to the property upon arrival, and they were responsive to our questions throughout our stay. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island. Don't miss out on this. We will definitely return. Carolyn

Gorgeous home and views!
Our trip started with great communication and check in with host Alex. In addition to explaining all details of the property she also gave us some great tips and advice for visiting the USVI. The house was beautiful and in great condition. Views from every room were breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property!

It was overall excellent; beautiful property; amazing landscaping and views. Nice amenities with beach supplies, kitchen fully stocked for simple or elaborate meals; plenty of refrigeration/freezer space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of suggestions: more or larger bath mats; a better mop and a mop bucket and a start of cleaning solution for mopping - Mr Clean, vinegar, bleach - just something to start with. Alexandria was awesome, a keeper.

Amazing property with spectacular views
5 couples all enjoyed our stay at The villa. The property manager was incredibly responsive and super helpful getting us settled and showing us all the features of the villa. The home was very well supplied and had everything we needed and then some, including beach chairs and all the extras to enjoy at day at Magen’s Beach, which you have to go to, especially after staring at it from the pool. The master suite was a bonus for our parents. 10/10

Incredible house, exactly as described!
We take a trip every year with extended family and have had our fair share of misses with rental homes. This one blew us away. Immaculate and very well appointed, we cooked with ease for our large multi-generational family. There were even containers for leftovers in the kitchen! The gorgeous views and well furnished outdoor space allowed it to feel like a real vacation even when stuck at the house with a teething baby. Alex, the rep from the rental co, was so warm and helpful. The walkthrough explaining all the tips and tricks to the house was invaluable and she responded quickly even on a weekend night when the stove ran out of gas. Comfy beds, good water pressure in the showers, and ample AC. We would stay here again!

This was an amazing property and the property manager was super attentive and helpful! Even more beautiful in person than in pics. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the generator and inability to completely fill the master bath with hot water. However, they were quick and attentive and it all worked out great!

We stayed 5 days but wish we could have stayed longer. This place was absolutely amazing. Clean and modern home. The view is breathtaking. The property manager was informative and very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed. The owners also went out of their way to make sure we had a great celebration for our 15th anniversary. We will be back for sure! Thank you for the hospitality !

AMAZING
The pictures do not do this Villa justice. One side of the house you wake up with the sunrise over the ocean, then the other side overlooks Megans Bay with a beautiful view of the sunset. Alex was amazing! Kind, respectful, and compassionate, she is very good at her job. The house offers all the amenities a wide range of ages need. I highly recommend staying here. It is paradise!

Can’t say enough great things about this home. It exceeded our expectations. Alex is a fabulous property manager and the setting is absolutely stunning. Having a cocktail and over looking Magen’s Bay is something I hope to never forget! We had 9 in our group, 3 of which are teenagers. We all loved the pool, grilling area, and the rooms. If there is 1 drawback, it’s difficult to leave such a beautiful place to get out and explore the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Villa Lucco!!

Without a doubt this was the best of the best in terms of what was advertised and what we experienced. In terms of the overall experience; the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of dishes and glasses for large groups. It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and baths with no complaints. The pool was perfect and spending time outdoors was a real treat. We would stay here again. We just loved it. The booklet that was provided was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, shop, and play. Just made the whole experience better.

Trip of a lifetime!
We had an AMAZING stay at Villa Lucco, it was even better than we expected! It was extremely clean and the decor was beautifully done. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making their guests feel at home during their stay. The house manager, Alex, was VERY attentive and would respond within minutes to any of our questions. The best part of the house is the view - it was absolutely breathtaking to wake up to each morning. My kids were crying when it was time to leave. Hopefully we will be back very soon!!!

Just What We Needed
The house is gorgeous, the views amazing, proximity to everything great, Alexandria who manages property fabulous, amenities are ample, kitchen has all it needs and beds are so comfy. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi which was unreliable and not working most of the trip. We managed without it but missed out on ability to watch fun movies or shows while together or do the little work we needed to do while there. Highly recommend this place. Just what we needed as a family. Thankyou.
