Sapphire Beach is just a few steps out your door!!!

This flat is the newest of our little gems of the Carribean! The unit has been completely remodelled throughout including all new kitchen, bathroom, floor tiles, drapes, furniture, natural carpets and bedding. It includes two large screen wall mounted flat screen televisions as well as a new all weather wicker outdoor dining set.

This flat lies 20 yards from the beautiful turquoise waters of the Carribean. You have completely unobstructed views of the waters edge! Step right off the covered patio into the sand and relax in one of the lounge chairs located in front of the unit. This unit is located in the center of one of the best swimming beaches on St. Thomas. There is a volleyball net to enjoy a game or just relax under one of the beautiful trees at waters edge sipping a chilled cocktail. The view from the patio is breathtaking as you listen to the waves breaking nearby. This unit is also a very short walk to the two-tiered pool that overlooks the ocean.

The flat is located at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and snorkeling is great throughout the resort. There is a full service marina on the property that rents jet ski's, parasailing excursions, as well as charters to the British Virgin Islands. This is all located just out your back door! In addition, there is a dive shop on site that provides snorkeling equipment and kayaks.

The small town of Redhook is located less than a half mile from the unit where you will find many bars and restaurants including the famous 'Duffy's Love Shack'. In addition, there is a great small grocery story called Marina Market where you will be able to purchase made to order sandwiches and salads for your trip to the beach or your adventure to the British Virgin Islands and St. John. You can also purchase just about everything else you will need to there to make your stay enjoyable as they have a great meat, cheese and produce department. The ferry terminal to St. John and the British Virgin Islands is also conveniently located in Redhook.

Unforgettable trip!
We had an amazing stay here, the location was perfect: door opens right to the beach with all sorts of activities, pool on property to the right (bar still under construction) 2 restaurants , 1 pizza place and a coffee shop on resort! Property owner sent awesome info/suggestions as well. Thanks so much for the stay.

We loved walking out of the room right onto the beach. The view is amazing! The room is a little dated but you're on the beach! Get outside and enjoy! I'd stay here again.

Wow what a view!!! This was the perfect set up for our family. Our kids could play in the sand while I sat on the porch looking at the amazing view or made lunch. Had a hard time getting replies from Cheri, but her property contact would text us back right away! Will definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful memories

Perfect Spot
Our favorite part about this unit is that it’s literally on the sand. Quick 45 second walk to the coffee shop, beach bar and water! We got to see 4 weddings right in front of our patio the week of our stay. They had snorkel gear, beach tent and inflatables. We will come back!

New years paradise stay
This property has everything you need. Water sports, snorkling, and 3 bars, restaurants right on the resort. Our View off of our patio was the best view of the entire property. We stayed 5 nights and witnessed 10 weddings out of the Patio. We had the best trip ever. What else could you ask for than to step out your back Patio and straight onto the sand. Gorgeous weather. We stayed for New Years and had the new years party, never had to leave.

The location on their property was perfect. Could use some maintenance, and since no dishwasher or washer dryer,could have used more than two bath towels and dish towels for our 7 day stay. Cheri was very helpful with pre arrival questions. We would definitely come back😊🏝️

The location of this property is PRIME! Steps to the beach from the patio! Quiet and the most beautiful view in all of Sapphire Beach! The condo itself could use some minor TLC, but it wasn’t anything that affected our stay! We will 100% book this location again!

Great location.
The stay was overall great. No communion with owner and also needs a good update. All electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work. Be ready to head to the grocery store once you get there. Thankful we have snorkel gear and floats for the beach. Also two beach towels.

Beautiful location!
The unit is on the beach and the ocean is right outside the door! The unit is showing its wear and needs updated. Also needs a few more cooking dishes/utensils- spatulas, pans for the toaster oven, etc. The price increase from this yr to next is unwarranted unless some TLC is given to the unit. It was fun to watch all the weddings and proposals on the beach.

Overall, this was a great vacation. For the condo, the TV in the bedroom area only had 5 channels, the ceiling fan in the living room is missing a paddle which is sitting on the bottom of a coffee table. Yet, you are on the beach! The porch was amazing to hear the waves, the view is jaw dropping. The resort is fabulous with a great coffee shop and restaurant

Amazing Views
Our stay was great. The view was amazing, waking up to the view of the water everyday was amazing. We had no complaints about the condo itself, there was just no communication with the owner, I emailed her on VRBO twice during our stay with no reply. I also messaged the property manager once with no reply. The property manager did let us check in a little early so that was awesome we definitely appreciated that. Overall our stay was great.

Postcard beautiful, paradise found!
What an amazing week we had at Sapphire! Your condo is so nicely furnished, the outdoor sitting area is wonderful, and everything we needed for our stay was perfect. Very nice touches all throughout. The snorkeling was unbelievable. We went every day we were there.We have been looking for beach property for over 5 years now. From the moment we laid eyes on that gorgeous beach a few yards away from your condo, we had no doubt we'd found what we'd been looking for. We are now your neighbor, as we closed on our condo there the first part of July. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! Undoubtedly, one of the best places on earth!

The property photos/description are accurate. This property is worth the view alone! Your photos will look like the pictures in screensavers. It's absolutely breathtaking. You just walk out your unit onto this beautiful beach. The resort is fantastic. Good food and drinks just steps from the unit. Great pool and snorkeling. Paradise Pie has fantastic pizza and the coffee shop has great bagels & coffee, though it opens at 7am, which is late for us early birds. I have a bad back and the bed was fine, not sure if it was replaced, but I had no complaints. The unit could use some things like a full size coffee pot, wineglasses, big coffee cups, but there were enough dishes to manage. Communication with the unit owner was not as good as past VRBO's, but sufficient to get questions answered - I found texting worked much better than messaging through the VRBO app. Minutes from Red Hook for groceries, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John. Overall an excellent stay!

Very Disappointed
The unit.....This unit was very disappointing. It was dirty when we arrived. Leaking dirty toilet, toothpaste on the faucets, mold ring on both sinks, dusty dirty ceiling fans and curtains.The shower didn't drain properly and the shower liner looked like it hadn't been changed in years. All of the doors in the unit have slats that were covered with dust. The microwave and toaster oven were dirty also. It was like the cleaner never showed up after the last renters left. We patiently awaited the midweek cleaning as advertised in the description of the unit and that never happened either. We were given four towels total for two people for a seven day stay. The resort......if you want to call it that....The pool had ducks swimming in it with their feces all over the deck and a boarded up cabana. The tennis courts are all closed and run down.The building near the dive shop the same as the pool area.(the people at the dive shop were very friendly and helpful) Not to be forgotten...there is a septic truck outside the condo several times a day sucking up the sewerage. This is a struggling condo complex at best. The view of the ocean and the snorkeling were the only plus to this stay at Sapphire Beach.

Beautiful View
The view and access to the beach is amazing! The condo was clean and effcient. The bed headboard/frame, really needs to be fixed or replaced. The partical board is falling apart. The condo has not been updated but it is clean and really everything you need. I would stay again.
