It's all about the location!! Cozy studio condo with amazing views of the ocean and surrounding Islands while relaxing on the balcony. Just footsteps away from pool, restaurant and bar. Overlooking the popular Sapphire marina with endless activities including jet ski rentals, sail boat cruises, deep sea fishing trips, private charters to BVIs, St. John and much more. Short walk to Sapphire Beach. Prime St. Thomas location only a half mile to Red Hook where you can find Ferry dock, restaurants, groceries, bars and nightlife fun.

The condo is well equipped and most of the furnishings have been recently updated.
Kitchen and dining include: Table & chairs, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, plenty dishes & utensils.
Sleeping includes: Queen size bed and sleeper sofa.
Entertainment includes: 43" Smart TV w/ Free NETFLIX, Hulu Live TV and Roku Live TV. Free private Wi-Fi. DVD player (DVDs can be checked out at office, no cost). Alarm clock radio.
Beach amenities include: snorkel gear, beach towels, small coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, volley ball, sunscreen and sun lotion.
For added convenience we also do our best to supply our guests with the essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, tooth paste, bug spray, etc.

This property absolutely did not disappoint! It was in a perfect location to Saphire Beach, Red Hook to catch the ferry and the restaurant across from the room was so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

Great location
The property met our needs! It is dated and in need of some TLC but was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Best part of this unit is its location, Steps from the restaurant and pool, close to the office, short walk to the beach. We had an amazing week diving, driving around the island, visiting St. John. We would stay here again.

We had an amazong stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week we stayed! The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! We spent every morning on the balcony taking in the views! Loved Sudis bar/restuarant across the parking lot! Terrance was a great host we would definitely book again!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located right next to Sudis and had a great view of the water and marina. The room was generously stocked with supplies such as sunscreen, chairs, snorkel supplies, and more.

Great Condo Overlooking the Marina
The condo was very clean and very accurate as described on the VBRO website. The 1st night the power went out. I contacted Terrance and he responded right away. Apparently, St. Thomas has rolling power outages at various times each day. Power went out several times during our stay at several other locations, i.e., St. Johns, restaurants and shopping. That's Island Life! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as advertised
The property was nice and clean. Everything worked properly and the condo had a spectacular view. It is also close to Red Hook, which is nice for shopping, eating and drinking. And Sapphire Beach is within walking distance which makes it nice as well. Hard to beat for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place..could hear waves to fall asleep. As I've lives in various condos in this property before and know many people on island, this was more place to crash and store luggage. Spent very few hours here in 3 days.

Sapphire DELIGHT!
Spent a week in this delightful studio near the beach. Each morning I dashed off to greet the day and swim in the bay. Sea turtles, lots of fish, and some healthy coral (large elkhorn coral) in the bay. The condo is comfortable and convenient. It is fully equipped plus. I cooked many meals there. It is quiet and cool. No bugs! The no-key entry is a big plus. Hope to return. I highly recommend this condo!

Easy peasy working with this homeowner. All as advertised. Thanks for the use of your pad. Good location in relationship to pool, restaurant, marina, beach, and Red Hook. Take dollar bus to Red Hook for shopping, drinking, eating, and to catch the boat over to St. John. They owners have provided you with chairs (oh by the way 1 chair is broken, its in usvi bag) snorkeling equipment, towels, and a great view. Thanks you guy's I really needed the get away space. David

AMAZING
We stayed at this property for New Years Eve and enjoyed every second and it was the perfect size for the two of us. Sapphire is conveniently located close to Red Hook and has a beautiful beach located on the property if you didn't even want to leave. If you didn't want to rent a car you could catch a cab ride (about 30 minutes) from the airport and then the cab rides are about $8 from the room down to Red Hook one way. We were more interested in seeing the other islands since we had been to St Thomas before so the car really wasn't necessary for us this time. Slice is the perfect place to grab dinner and drinks and is right across the parking lot from your room. We would definitely stay here again and hope to again sooner rather than later. The islands are a wonderful place if you have never visited and we highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful space.

Great Location. Beautiful views.
The condo was perfect for us. We spent our last 2 nights here. It was very well equipped & comfortable. We especially appreciated all the little extras. No need to rush out & buy something that you might have forgotten. ( shampoo, body lotion, sunscreen etc). We just left our oversize items there for the next people. There was also various items available for use in the closet (snorkel, umbrella etc.) Condo was nice and clean upon arrival. The resort was great with the pool so close & a cafe/bar attached. It was a short walk to the beach where there was a beach bar & some beach sports equipment for rent too. Booking & communication with the owner was easy & they were quick to respond. The condo was not upscale but was very comfortable & we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Million dollar view on a budget!
View from lanai is amazing, great location, grounds are great, beach is over the top amazing. 1 dollar safari 5 minute ride into town, runs very regularly, 5 dollar per person taxi back from great little grocery store. Took the ferry over to St. John's, awesome! Nice little bar and restaurant by the pool, across the parking lot from the unit. Safe, clean, affordable, loved it. Bed is comfortable, kitchen has what you need. Ceiling fans are great, AC is not quite adequate to cool the place, a box fan would really help. Unit itself is clean but dated. Plenty of towels, no real beach chairs, more camp chairs. Would have been better, but major structural renovations going on directly below us during the day. Super hot water, solid internet connection. Would definately stay again. Good communication with details.

Never received an email from owner with code to access condo even after reaching out and asking for instructions. Had to be given code from secretary. Wi-Fi had been updated which would’ve been great but his instructions for Wi-Fi haven’t been updated from old Wi-Fi network so no Wi-Fi. All in all it was a fine stay but won’t be staying there again.

Paradise Retreat
My wife and I stayed the last week of April for our Anniversary. I can't say enough about this cozy little studio with amazing marina and island views. The unit has more than you will need, from the beach chairs and coolers to the bathroom linens and kitchen extras. Had a minor issue with a door handle breaking due to the salt air corrosion... emailed Stacy... and the next day it was fixed. Talk about quick responses. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. In the email when you rent Stacy tells you to close the bathroom sliders at night if you have the AC on... don't over look this advice, it makes a huge difference plus it allows you to run the AC shorter. The views are amazing as described. Nothing like sitting on the balcony having coffee early in the morning watching the boats leave the marina... could totally get used to island life living. We interacted with several of the residents in this building and on the Sapphire property and found all to be welcoming and knowledgeable. Directly across the parking lot is a really nice pool and a little restaurant that serves very good cuisine, pizza, pub food... and the coldest beers we found on the island. The new Sapphire Bar & Grill on the beach is awesome... you never have to leave the resort... even had live music a couple of afternoons. Make sure you check out the man on da beach... Thomas... can't miss him he hand makes cool things out of palms and coconuts, is very reasonable... and has some great stories of the islands. Just want to say thanks to Terrance and Stacy for sharing your perfect slice of paradise with us. Rich & Jenn Burlington, NJ

To say an entire week is just too much to bare!!!
Pros: Close to Red Hook Ferry & Dive Shop. 3-4 Minute walk to the beach. Located away from party crowds and laid back atmosphere on grounds. Air Conditioner works (only use at night). Affordable for budget travelers. Cons: Small, very, uncomfortable bed. Tiny Kitchen with limited cookware. Luke warm shower that turns cold within a few minutes. Ants (spray is provided in storage closet). Mosquitoes during day and night on patio because it is located next to Marina. We are a late 30's military couple so we are used to uncomfortable beds, and dealing with bugs. It is not wanted on vacation though. The bed is small for two average size adults. It is very uncomfortable. The kitchen is workable, however there is very limited cookware, no bake-ware, 3 forks, etc. you get the idea. It made it difficult to prepare meals. The shower is small. A heavier person would have difficulty maneuvering around the area (The same with the small bed). My husband and I have to alternate shower times as the water runs cold after 3 minutes. It has never really been warm either. It is affordable and if you just need a place to rinse off and crash for the night, then yes this is the place for you. If you are planning a week of relaxation, preparing meals, great sleep on a comfortable bed, warm shower to rinse off the beach, sitting on the patio and watching the view without bugs eating you alive, keep searching...

Great stay. Pool and restaurant/bar extremely close, few feet away. View from balcony is great. Sapphire beach is amazing with best snorkeling on island. The beach is walkable but much better to drive(less than 1 minute drive up and down hill). Red hook for restaurants, groceries, and ferry to St Johns is 3 min drive. Great location
