Wonderful time at Sapphire
We had such a wonderful time at Sapphire Beach, as usual. Annette was very communicative before and during our stay. The views are gorgeous, the property & amenities are updated and clean. We loved the pool, the beachfront access and of course, those beautiful blue waters where we snorkeled with colorful fish the reviving corals.

25th Wedding Anniversary
This property is wonderful with a awesome view of the water and St John. 5 places close by for food or a quick drive to Red Hook for many more choices. The condo has many amenities to use from all the cookware you might need to beach and snorkeling gear. Annette the owner was very helpful during the trip and helped us whenever we asked. We will be back! Thank you Annette for your understanding and hospitality.

Amazing!
Amazing property, I highly recommend booking Annette’s property. The location is fantastic with amazing views. The property is clean and very comfortable. Location is also good for supermarkets, local restaurants, ferry to St John’s all a short drive away. The complex has its own bar on the beach and restaurants which are a 5 minute walk. Annette is a great host her communication, information about the property, island and complex was second to none. If you’re looking for a world class vacation look no further!

We spent a wonderful 5 nights here. The weather was not perfect, but the place was. Our friends were right next door and we took turns cooking. This place is lovely and Annette answered all my questions very quickly.

The best location, and amenities. Annette was an amazing hostess that thoroughly explained the property and local culture. Gave lots of recommendations and suggestions to make the trip more enjoyable. Her unit is completely updated and gave the renter control over the AC. Some of the other members in the wedding party were not afforded that luxury. Their rooms were pretty miserable and almost unbearable to stay in. The property has everything you need, and I plan to come back soon. Did not want to leave. I can see how some people stay and never go back 😂.

GREAT TRIP!
This was a marvelous place to stay and had everything you could hope for in a quiet beach getaway. It was exactly as described, easy 5 minute ride to Red Hook and short ferry ride to St. John. Plan on returning as soon as possible and that says it all. Annette was great with all the information and allowed us to make the most of our time. Kudos to her.

Sapphire Beach Resort
My husband and I recently stayed at the Sapphire Beach Resort in Bldg. E #103. We had a wonderful experience at the resort. The condo we rented was on the first floor and oceanfront. We had beautiful views every morning from our balcony to look at as we ate breakfast. The pool there is very nice and there was always plenty of beach chairs and shade available for everyone. I would like to see the parking area resurfaced and the pool grill open for lunch. The weather on St. Thomas is amazing. Most days it was between 78 and 83, partly sunny, and a mild breeze. You never felt too hot there. We would definitely go back to this resort. Carol Fisk

Beautiful room and beautiful view
This place was a great spot to spend a few days before heading back home. It was clean and beautiful inside. The pool was wonderful, with two levels and "in pool" seating. just don't pay attention to the post hurricane snack bar building next to it. It actually probably made the pool that much better since there were less people mulling around the pool. There was plenty of snorkeling stuff to use and great towels to bring to the beach. The grounds are nice and the beach on the property is wonderful! They were working on the main restaurant and bar when we were there(mid October) and it seems like it will look gorgeous when it's completed. At the moment there is a small outdoor bar and bar food which is just fine for us since we made food and drank mostly at the condo anyway. The covered seating at the condo is great and we ate every meal out there. We had no issues with any bugs either while we were there! Such a great, relaxing end to the trip!

Absolutely Amazing!
From the time I first contacted the owner about the condo to the time I shut the door and left, experience could not have been any better. The owner was so gracious and accomodating and more than happy to answer any questions about the unit and St. Thomas. The unit is exactly as pictured in the photos--actually it's bigger than I thought. And the location! PERFECT! The beach is partly rocky, but a rock-less beach is a couple minute walk to the beach on the other side of Sapphire if you want a large expanse of sand. However, that beach is much larger and not secluded like the one outside the condo--I'd take some rocks over a crowded beach any day. For relaxing in the sun all day and going for swims in the ocean--absolutely cannot be beat for location. You can also walk right over to the marina and look at the boats. The condo is at the east end of Sapphire Beach, so it's secluded and so, so peaceful. It was a busy day if there were 8 people on the beach with me. And you literally open the door and step onto the beach...no tromping up steps and having to get to the beach from the door on the other side of the building. You can watch the sun rise over St. John across the bay if you wake up early enough. The property manager was also very helpful (not that I needed much). I didn't cook much, but there is a fully-stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. It's also very easy to get a cab from the condo to get to Red Hook for retaurants, bars, or the ferry to St. John. Get the cab driver's contact information and call the same driver when you need a ride--they are happy to get the business and you can even arrange several times/days for rides if you plan ahead, and they will pick you up right in front of the building as well. There is also a little grill stand between B and C buildings if you want a burger on the beach, or there are also restaurants that deliver for a nominal fee. I never went to the pool as I prefer the ocean, but I walked by, and it is beautiful for those who prefer pools. Overall, if you are looking at other units, you should get this one! You will not be disappointed with the owner, the location, or the condo. I am DEFINITELY going back. I so did not want to leave!

Great time first time to St Thomas. Place was very accommodating although location was closer to boats where seaweed piled up so we couldn’t really enjoy the patio. Access to the resorts amenities , beaches were wonderful, just tough time of year with seaweed

Fantastic Time
We had a fantastic time. The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. It felt like home. Annette was a huge help and ensured we could explore as if we were locals. She gave valuable advice right from the start, and checked in on us from time to time to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could think of some things we did not even think we needed but were nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful host, wonderful property, wonderful time.
