Paradise Villa

Our villa is a huge three story 4000 square foot home with four bedrooms all having their own bathroom, a gameroom and office, a pool, three patios, generator, all rooms have AC and home was completely remodeled 2019/2020. It is in the middle of the island high atop a mountain with spectacular views of the USVI and BVI’s. It is fully furnished with beautiful new furniture throughout. Lots of space for all of your family and friends. It is located above the world famous (top 5) beach Magens Bay. You will be fifteen minutes from anywhere you want to go as it sits on the middle of the island. NO PARTIES or EVENTS are allowed. Eight persons max to be in home. This is a personal home.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation
Beautiful house with beautiful views. Great porch. Need rental car and comfort with mountain driving. Owner was very responsive with dishwasher problems.

The home was amazing!!! Kitchen fully stocked, linens available, washer and dryer, beautiful views!! Great stay for families or couples treat (that’s what we used it for) The pictures don’t do the property justice when you see it in person. I see people say that pool is small but we were a party of 8 and at 6 of us were in it at once and was able to enjoy the pool. Overall I loved it here and will definitely stay again!

The house was clean /beautiful . The pool was a lil small but it worked out for us . we was able to check In early because our flight arrived 2hours before check in . We were even able to pay a late check it .

Great Property, SUV with Ground Clearence
Nice property has everything you need. Up in the high hills of St Thomas. Absoluety lovely views... getting the has two entrances... one is real step and even can bottom out a small SUV, not to mention when it rains the SUV struggled getting traction and getting up the hill to the home. Once you figure out that easier entrance use that option all the time. Morning coffe saw hummingbirds in the trees close by, evening was time for a large iguana to climb high in the tree. The host was very good at communicating responsibilities and drought concerns and responsibilities. Cool island vibe and this house delivers... any place we went didnt take longer than 20 minutes to get to. Enjoy.

Views!!
The views were amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It was great having two grills! There was a/c in every room. We didn’t use it cause the cross breeze was amazing. Had two issues that a lot of the towels were stained or torn. The pool was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned while we were there. Pool size is deceiving it’s very small! Owner was prompt with telling me that the villa wouldn’t be ready at 1500. We didn’t receive it and arrived on time cause they stress you can’t check in early.
