Seaview Villa sits elevated above the Caribbean with Hans Lollick Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 18' pool.
THE REMODELING JOB FINISHED in Fall of 2018, with additional windows added in every room, 4 renovated bathrooms, a new half bath, outdoor bar next to the pool
(4) large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and new furnishings, split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort. One king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated.
Kitchen has Mahogany cabinets and new Stainless Steel appliances.
The Living Room has leather sofas, HD TV, wifi internet and AC. A half bath is in the hall.
The two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging.
The grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation and custom stone walkways.
The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse peopled 24 hours per day.

Beautiful House and Scenery
The house is gorgeous and the scenery is breathtaking. We had little issues in the beginning because there wasn’t any propane for the oven, stove, or grill but the owner got someone in that day. The generator doesn’t always turn on during the power outages but doesn’t last more than a few hours. Besides that we had a great time!

Secluded Paradise
My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at this house and it was exactly what we were looking for. The views were astonishing and the privacy was perfect. The house is loaded with amenities and super spacious.

This property is perfect for a group. Everyone had their own personal space and the community areas and pool were perfect to gather. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking, the beach, and a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

2nd time we have rented here. Beautiful views, great pool, near Megan's Bay, beatuiful rooms and bathrooms and everything you need. We are booking it for next year. Joel is a great host.

Great family spring break
We had a great family stay at the villa. The pool area and stunning views are the major highlight - you won't be disappointed! There are also plenty of places to sleep with enough privacy between rooms. It's a short (but of course hilly !) drive to Red Hook for food or the ferry to St. John, as well as into town at Charlotte Amalie.

This villa has a fabulous layout that provides plenty of group spaces outside, great pool and pool area and a main living room. Perfect set up for a group, family or couples- it allows privacy but plenty of space to gather. LOVED the property- accurate pictures and descriptions.

Perfect Getaway
The property was absolutely amazing. We went down as a group for a wedding and this place had everything we needed. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which could not have been better. The location was perfect, very quiet and amazing views. It was absolutely perfect weather and we had an amazing time with the pool and just hanging out. The check in and orientation was incredibly helpful, letting us know where things were, such as restaurants and grocery stores and what they recommended. Would definitely rent again if we ever go down there as a group again.

Great View!
The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was great! We had lost power right before we had to get ready for our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner and he offered to put my family up at a hotel in town he even booked our rooms for us. The power did come back on and we did not need to use them, but this showed how much Joel really cares about his guests. We would definitely go back to this place.

Amazing views. Relaxing. The property is as described. Great separate spaces for sun, shade, dining, and incase a quick tropical rain comes, 2 covered areas. Easy home to relax and get mesmerized in the view!

Perfect vacation
The house was fantastic! We had three couples in our group. Plenty of room and privacy. You don’t often find a place with bathrooms connected to every bedroom. It was beautiful and the view was fantastic! Joel was super responsive to any questions. He also provided a great resource for taxi service and island info. Highly recommend. We used a combination of rental car and taxi service.

We really enjoyed the property and our trip to St. Thomas! The house has tons of room and beautiful views! There’s plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and to hangout by the pool!

Perfect location
Everything was perfect, the veiw is great. The house was clean. The check in process went smooth and the pool felt great after a long day at the beach. The Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room throughout the house and on the deck to spread out and enjoy yourself. I would highly recommend staying here. I would not hesitate to stay at same location again as well. Thank you!

What an amazing Villa with spectacular views!
This Villa was perfect for my family. We spent lots of time out in the amazing deck with spectacular views and in the pool. Great and safe location. Absolutely wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic views !!! Joel was very responsive to some concerns and took care of them immediately. I would suggest a table inside for meals and to play games. Sometimes it was too windy outside, literally our food blew off our plates. We all had a great time and would recommend it
