A completely renovated condo in beautiful Sapphire Beach is now available for rentals! The first floor boasts a large kitchen, living room & full bathroom. Head upstairs to the large master and 2nd bedroom with twin beds or we can make it to a king. A washer and dryer are located in the main floor bathroom. There are two balconies in this villa which overlook the marina. You can be on the sandy beach of Sapphire Beach Resort in only a 2 minute walk from your front door.

Walk into this stunning and recently renovated condo and you will notice the sparkling blue water from the marina through the floor to ceiling glass sliders. Everything is new in this two floor condo; from the new floors, incredibly finished master and main living bathrooms and a modern kitchen with new quartz counters and tile backsplash.

Sapphire Beach is the premier beach and marina location in all of St. Thomas. It offers water sports and great snorkeling, a beach bar and grill (burgers, fish tacos, sandwiches, and salads), Beach Buzz Coffee Bar and a pool overlooking the ocean.

The first floor boasts a large modern kitchen, living room and full bathroom with a washer and dryer! Head up the mahogany steps to the large master bedroom with King bed, lots of closet space and another full bathroom with rain shower and a second guest room. The guest room has two twin beds that can be put together for a King bed.

There are two balconies in this villa which overlook the marina. Have coffee at sunrise and watch the fishing boats head out for the day, you'll see the parasailing boats treat guests to an incredible view, and then check back at the end of the day to see the lights twinkle in St John!

You can be on the sandy beach of Sapphire Beach Resort with only a 1-2 minute walk from your front door. The beach bar is open for snacks and light lunch or maybe just a Painkiller! Either way you get the best of both worlds - the beach during the day and the peace and tranquility of the marina views in the evening.

Sapphire Beach Resort has a Bar and Grill (burgers, fish tacos, sandwiches, and salads), Beach Buzz coffee bar that serves breakfast daily and sells souvenirs and more. The water sports hut is there to rent snorkel gear, kayaks, SUPs, to explore the gorgeous Caribbean water of Sapphire.

You are only 5 minutes to Red Hook where you will find many bars and restaurants, shopping, the ferry to St. John, the medical clinic and postal service.

We can help you plan all aspects of your vacation -- day boat charters, fishing excursions, snorkel tours, Island Jeep tours, Massage therapists that come to you, grocery deliveries, private chef services and mid-stay housekeeping services. All you need to do is ask!

Awesome view and great family vacation
The room is as described. View of the marina is beautiful along with breeze from porch. We did not have any issues other than the dryer being out of order. Overall, we had the best family vacation and spent very little time in the room. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Love love love this place with the Marina view! Clean and well appointed spot at Sapphire Beach. Carrie and Meghan are the best managers and very attentive to requests as well as helpful before the trip too! We would definitely give this listing 5 stars and stay here again!

Very responsive staff!! AC went out due to the power being out on the Island Megan was quick to respond and sent someone immediately. View is incredible can see St. John unobstructed between the masts of sailboats in the harbor. Sapphire Beach is great! Good snorkeling with reefs within swimming distance of the bar!

Great vacation!
We enjoyed our first visit to the USVI! Great property in a convenient location. Taxis to Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie were easily accessible, beach was beautiful, and the nearby restaurants had good food. We don’t usually cook while on vacation, but the condo was wonderfully appointed with everything you need for preparing meals. The entire property was new, clean and beautifully decorated. Washer and dryer are definitely a bonus. We had fun and would definitely come back!

Property matches the photos perfectly. Two bedrooms upstairs and downstairs kitchen/lounge. Balconies on both levels. We loved staying there. Quiet at night with no noise from the marina (they don't allow liveaboards). Everything you could want to stay for as long as you wanted. Nice pool too off you prefer fresh instead of sea water! There is good snorkeling on the end of the point at the right side of Sapphire Beach. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect location, nice condo
This condo was perfect for our 8 night stay. Carrie was clear and helpful in her communications with us. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had never been to USVI so we chose this location blindly. It was perfect. It is a third floor unit that overlooks the Sapphire marina and is very walkable to Sapphire beach. We enjoyed watching the activity at the marina and then walking over to swim and snorkel. You can rent jet skis, go parasailing, charter a boat, do a sunset cruise, etc right from this marina. Be aware that the back bedroom is more of a kids bedroom than an adult bedroom. It is very small, with no closet and low profile twin beds. We ended up laundering the bedding and switching rooms with the other couple halfway through our time. The primary bedroom is wonderful, with a large balcony overlooking the marina. We would rent this unit again for the two of us and ignore the back bedroom. (A huge plus- in unit laundry!) We never used the pool but it looks fine to swim in, but needs to be repaired from previous damage. There are two different places to go for food within walking distance- Sudi’s is a block east and has a simple, tasty breakfast for $10, a good lunch and dinner menu. Then there is a restaurant complex on Sapphire beach a block or two to the west. This had a coffee shop, beach bar, pizza place, and a nice restaurant. There is also a stand to rent chaise chairs and snorkel equipment inexpensively. We give this condo and location a big thumbs up and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!!
Really nice unit. Loved watching boats come and go from the marina. Bars, coffee and food are all on the property. Easy access to transportation. Traveled easily three days to St John. Great snorkeling right off of the beach. I have never stayed in a unit so well stocked. No worries. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Beautiful location away from the congestion. Waking up with the sunrise and looking over the harbor was magical. Secure gated location is well located to explore St. Thomas. Red Hook is near by for stores and restaurants or to catch the ferry to St. John. The condo is well equipped including condiments and spices in the kitchen; laundry soap, a cooler and beach towels for your days in the sun. The deck has bar height tables and chairs to start your day with breakfast or end your day with dinner. All with a view of the harbor or watching the iguanas below. Sapphire beach is great for morning coffee and beach time We will definitely check availability upon our return to St. Thomas.

It was a great condo, the pool on the point and the area around the beach bar, definitely need maintenance. Sudis was ok, drinks were not consistent, food so so, bar tender short changed our group.

Condo was exactly as advertised. No surprises. View from the 2 patios was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped (it could use a sharper knife and a pot holder, but no biggie…!) and the kids loves the game tables! Appreciate the chairs, grill and cooler that were on the porch too. Thank you for making our stay perfect! We would happily stay at this condo next time we’re on the island!
