Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

My friend and I stayed here for just one night before starting our island hopping. Well equipped, seemed to have everything you’d need for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, great A/C, close to pool/bar and beach.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time at Sapphire Village. Raleigh’s condo was close to everything: the beach, restaurants, laundry, the pool and ferries to other islands. Raleigh was responsive to every question and checked in to be sure we were settled. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Raleigh’s place. A nice, quiet location next to the marina and only a short walk to the beach. Condo is updated and has all the amenities.

Great place
The property was easy to reserve and the owner was very attentive. There a couple of restaurants on the property and a cab stand made it easy to get a ride to and from Red Hook. Red Hook had a great market (Moe’s) for supplies and a number of good restaurants.

Perfect location and a lovely apt.
This was my second time staying in one of Raleigh’s properties and they are immaculate! This unit is perfectly located at the bottom of the hill in Sapphire Village, right by the marina. A very easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Raleigh’s an excellent host, I would gladly stay at any of his properties.

Perfect condo
The condo was spacious for the 2 of us. It’s in a great location, sapphire beach, and easy to get in and out of the unit. The AC was cold and the showers hot! The wifi and tv worked perfectly which was nice compared to other places that we have stayed. I will book this place again.
