The condo sleeps up to 5 people comfortably with all the amenities of home! 2 king beds plus a day bed, 2 full bathrooms (en suite), fully equipped kitchen, Maytag front loader washer & dryer, gas grill, FREE WiFi access, flat screen TVs (3) in the living room and both bedrooms. Stroll from your front door to the palm tree-lined white sand semi-private beach to swim , sunbath, and rest or cool off in the beautiful seaside pool or relax in the hot tub. Get a drink at the pool bar. Property Amenities: access to beach and beach chairs (no charge) as well as pool with grotto, waterfall, hot tub. Caribbean Fish Market Restaurant and Bar and Sangria's Restaurant are located directly on Cowpet Bay Beach. Within a five minute drive (1.5 miles) is Red Hook where you have numerous places to dine and shop as well as ride the ferry to nearby Islands including St. John. Cowpet family vacation
Maryann’s place was great and just as advertised. It is very well stocked, the view is fantastic, and it was very clean. Maryann was great to work with and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Getaway
This location is a perfect part of the island to relax and enjoy your vacation. You are close to the restaurants, shops and ferry access of Red Hook. Lots of amenities including on-site restaurants and activities concierge. Owner was very responsive to concerns we had on the first day which were easily addressed within a few minutes of our message.

Condo on St. Thomas
Condo is as described. We both thought the beds were quite comfortable. If it rains at all be sure to make restaurant reservations. Disappointed the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay. Pool and beach were nice, although we did drive and park to get to it, otherwise a very long walk. Be prepared to eat outside at almost all of the restaurants.

Incredible Host at an Amazing Location
Property was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Maryann was incredibly responsive to our communication and really went out of her way to accommodate the requests we made. Sargassum made the beach on property undesirable, but there were so many options to choose from that we easily found places to enjoy. We had a great time on both St. Thomas and traveling to St. John. I highly recommend Maryann as a host and this property.

Beautiful!
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a full month. It was just beautiful. The condo was very clean and also very well stocked with the every day items: paper towels, toilet paper, clothes detergent, various spices for cooking. The owner Maryann was very nice to deal with. She answered any questions very promptly and also kept us posted on different things. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was breath taking. It was so peaceful waking up and having breakfast in the patio overlooking the ocean and relaxing in the patio at night, without having to worry about bugs / insects biting you. It really felt like home. The condo was clean and fully equipped like a normal home. Would highly recommend them. They provided equipment for the beach, utensils to cook and although we walked with our own toiletries, we were surprised to see there was some there. Steps from the beach with shade. Cowpet Bay West gets a 10/10 from us. Thank you Bob and Yuko for a good time.

Great location with a beautiful view
Great location. Close to Red Hook, grocery store, and car ferry to St John. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Towels, beach chairs, goggles, and snorkels were all provided. Smart TVs made it easy to use streaming services. Super clean when we arrived, and all of the info we needed was in the welcome binder. The living room and the bedroom closer to the water had good wifi, but the other bedroom didn't have enough signal to connect at all. The satellite TV connection was out the whole time. Neither of these things were a big deal since we didn't travel to St Thomas to watch TV. Washer and dryer worked great and made our trip much easier. Access to the beach and pool area was down two flights of relatively steep stairs and a short walk. Not too bad. The pool was good, and the beach had very calm water and chairs already set out for anyone to use. The sand was soft and the water warm. Down by the beach are two bars/restaurants. The Caribbean Fish Market looked nice, but was very expensive. The other restaurant, Sangria, was reasonably priced and had excellent food and drinks. Great communication from the host via text message.

Everything you need is there. The hostess is very helpful. Initially there was I suppose unexpected renovation next door but they began to start banging later in the am ( per their rules ) after we complained a bit. Location is great but you can expect to have to travel yourself. Have to have a car I believe. Things are expensive everywhere on the island. There is a pool and beach nearby. We did go to St John trunk beach and cinnamon beach. Highlights of our stay. Brewer beach if you want to see turtles. Don’t expect too much from the snorkelling, and certainly not from the beaches. ( need to go on a “snorkeling tour “ ). The island is poor. You certainly get a different idea than if you were in a resort. If we were to come back to st Thomas and our needs were the same would consider same rental.

Little slice of Heaven
Condo is located in Cow Pet Bay West. Check in was easy. We did shopping in Red Hook so we could have few meals at the condo. Easy to get Taxi. We would highly recommend East End Taxi- Jay was the man!! He also drove us to a recommended place for dinner to Brook’s Bar. OMG- fantastic food and lots of it! MaryAnn was very responsive had issue with garden bathrooms toilet. Our only issue with garden bedroom bed is extremely squeaky. It was comfy enough but slightest move made a noise. We also found the fridge side of the refrigerator froze our food. Tried to turn temperature up but we came to the conclusion just not enough items in the fridge. We loved the full stocked kitchen. We used the beach towels for the pool and did some laundry. We had a terrific time making memories with great friends. The view from balcony was enjoyed every morning with coffee. Would highly recommend. Restaurants with in walking distance ( down on the beach) Sangria’s and Caribbean fish Market - both great drinks and food. ❤️

Beautiful Condo, great location, breathtaking view
All I have to say is WOW! First of all, I was skeptical renting through this site. So for the first timers you have nothing to worry about. Prior to our arrival, i was communicating with Yuko via email for deposit info and a couple weeks before our trip she emailed a map and directions and some helpful tips. When we arrived at the airport we got our bags and picked up our rental vehicle (highly recommended) then proceeded to the condo. Yuko gave us some time to get settled in and then she came and presented us with a friendly smile and bottle of champagne (not knowing we just got married!). She discussed and went through the binder that is there for what to do and general things regarding the place which was very helpful. The condo is equiped with everything! Do not pack any towels!! It also had swim floaties and swimmies for kids and beach toys. The kitchen even had a slow cooker and the bathroom even had a hair straightener! A must is waking up to see the sunrise from the balcony with exquisite views of St John and the ocean. I even took a time lapse video to remember it by. The condo is a 5 min drive to RedHook where we ate, did parasailing and took the ferry over to St John! Food shopping is there at Moes or the Food Center west of the condo. So all is nearby or within a scenic 1/2 hour drive to Magens Bay or shopping by where the cruieses dock. I cant forget the Elysian resort with 2 restaurants a pool, a pool bar and beach is within a very short walk to relax at! I went with my husband and two children and we will have memories of this trip forever!! Thank you Yuko!!!

We loved our condo at Cowpet Bay West. Yuko stayed in touch with me frequently while booking it. She answered any questions about the condo and the surrounding area in a timely manner. After arriving and contacting Yuko by phone, she met us at the condo to explain about our stay and presented us with a book that had a description of the island, places to eat, tours to take, shopping, maps etc. She was so pleasant and made us feel right at home. The condo was very spacious. There was wonderful view of the bay both with the sunrise and night lights. The condo was supplied with everything you need and more (beach towels, toys, chairs,condiments, coffee/filters dishes etc) Previous condo tourists left a variety of food and supplies that came in handy. The condo was in a perfect location. It is by the Red Hook area which is just down the road. This area has wonderful shops, groceries stores (Food Center, Moe's) and restaurants. Some of our experience on St. Thomas included Restaurants: Two within walking distance from the condo- Sangria and Caribbean Market (both were delicious. Caribbean Market was more expensive but the food was worth it. Duffy's Love Shack was probably one of our favorite dining experiences. (Victory was our favorite waitress- Hamburgers are their speciality). OX Bistro -expensive but delicious, Tap and Still in Charlotte Amalie (hamburger and fries in a bag) Melt (not our favorite) Driving: We rented a car at the airport--Driving is tricky because you have to drive on the left side. We were glad that we had a car because it would have cost us at least $10 each to go anywhere on the island. Also we took a trip to St. John's on the car ferry ($50 round trip) St Thomas does not have a lot of signs. So be prepared when you want to go to a beach or an attraction (Coral World Ocean Park). The highway signs are visible but that is about it. The cheapest parking is at the city dump in Red Hook. As you enter the dump it is on the left side ($6 a day for car and $1 each to take a shuttle to the car or people ferry) You can also park at the school on the weekends ($5) a day. Tour: Bad Kitty --Well worth the money. Don't leave the island without taking this fun filled catamaran to 3 of the British Virgin Islands. Beaches: Favorite Magen's Bay I would recommended this condo. We have stayed in many VRBO and we think this was one of the nicest. If we come back to St. Thomas we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place
The condo was very nice and exactly as advertised. Everything seemed clean, and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Was great to have so many items already provided for you - - papertowels, trashbags, spices, some condiments, plenty of extra towels, and even some leftover sunscreen that came in very handy. Definitely a lot of stairs to go down to the beach but I actually loved the exercise. Was a great way to burn off the margarita calories! Would definitely consider staying again for a future trip.

Stayed at this wonderful Cowpet Bay Condo and loved every day of it. Location was great for access to Red Hook and all it's amenities. The Island is small enough that all the other places we wanted to visit were 20 minutes or less away. Cowpet Bay itself was very nice the first few days, we did get some seaweed later on in the week, but thats just mother nature. The pool was great and so were the two onsite dining options. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed, there were a number of things we forgot to buy at the grocery that just happened to be stocked in the kitchen. Would visit again.

Recently returned from a relaxing week at this very nice condo in St. Thomas with our family of five (parents, 3 kids - 21, 18 & 16). Owners were great with communications and have a very comfortable set up with plenty of amenities with a beautiful view and short walk to beach, pool, restaurants. Short drive into Red Hook for great restaurants and ferry to St John and close to several great beaches (Secret Harbor, Coki Beach and Sapphire Beach). Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for having us!

Great relaxing stay
The condo was well equiped and comfortable. When I’m the condo we spent most of our time on the deck looking out onto the bay. The location is close to Red Hook and various great restaurants. Taxi Drivers were readily available to pick us up or take us home. We did not do a lot of touristy things as we were on vacation to rest and recover from very busy work time. There was a binder with a variety of things to do if that was what someone wanted. Down by the beach there are 2 restaurants and a beach bar. One restaurant is open for lunch the other for dinner and brunch on Sunday. Food was good and prices in line with various St. Thomas restaurants. We did not rent a car but didn’t really need one. The only negative was the condo is at the top level so the views are good but it is a steep walk up stairs back to the condo from the beach. Not awful but about 5-6 minutes for us. I recommend this option for a place to stay.
