We always recommend a rental car - it truly is the best way to explore our beautiful island! Old Stone Farmhouse is right here on property and you can walk to it for a great Sunday Brunch or Dinner.

Outside guests are not allowed to use shared amenities, such as the pool.
Garbage must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles.
Renters may in no way disturb the peace of permanent community residents.
Renters may be required to vacate the unit by the MRCA staff or Coral Ridge Realty in the event of a violation of these rules of conduct that is not promptly corrected upon notice. Guests required to vacate the property are not eligible to receive a refund of any kind, including the damage deposit if their misconduct results in additional expense.
