The home is professionally managed by Emmons Realty, the island's highest rated vacation rental company.

The property’s prime location is a gateway to a variety of local delights. Take a leisurely stroll to nearby eateries like Southern Soul Barbeque, Nazzaro's Italian Restaurant, or Ember for American fusion cuisine. As evening falls, Ziggy’s nightclub is just a walk away for a vibrant island nightlife experience. The home is only 1.5 miles from the beach.

As you step inside the home, you’re greeted by two welcoming living rooms — one with seating for five, perfect for movie nights, and a formal living room with seating for six, ideal for game nights or casual conversations. The dining area, with a table for six, sets a warm ambiance for cherished meals together.

There is a large open kitchen, well-equipped for culinary enthusiasts. Featuring a regular coffee maker, it’s a perfect spot to start your day with a freshly brewed cup before exploring the island.

The master bedroom serves as a private wing, boasting a king bed and private bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a dressing room complete with a makeup area, leading to a convenient stackable washer/dryer, adding a touch of home convenience to your island visit. Two additional bedrooms, located at the opposite end of the home, offer privacy and are equipped with TVs. They share a bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower-tub combination.

Step outdoors to two inviting patios — a quaint space with seating for three by the gas grill for casual barbecues, and a larger patio with four Adirondack chairs, ideal for lounging under the island sky.

With parking for up to three cars and free WiFi, 11908 Old Demere Road blends comfort with convenience, serving as a perfect base to explore the enchanting offerings of Saint Simons Island.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.

Perfect for what we needed
Plenty of space for sleeping and congregating. Quite area with some yard. Close to beaches, about 5 minutes. Clean, nicely furnished.
