Very spacious, extra clean 2 bedroom condo, 1.5 baths with laundry room, dining room, open living room with fireplace that opens up to a deck for outdoor dining with a view of the golf course and lake. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area, second bedroom two queen size beds, and the living room a large comfortable sofa, making this condo comfortable for six. An outdoor shower is conveniently located right out the front door for a quick rinse from a day at the beach. Just steps away a beautiful pool for all day relaxation.

The house was lovely and so close to the beach. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. There was a pool in the community so we ended up being there a lot when the beach was too windy! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, decor very nice. It needs some TLC, a paint job all over, towel rack is non existent in bathroom, dishes only for 4. Good location to see St. Simons and Jekyll Islands.

St. Simons Island Condo
This condo suited my family's needs perfectly as we were in town to visit my mother for Thankgiving. Location was ideal, right off the causeway. Everything was comfortable and the rental was a very good value.

The process went great other than than the Google map directions of the location. But once we got that situated it was fantastic. Great decor. Love the Table and hood in bedroom lol. Will Definitely be back

3rd trip to SSI. First time renting this condo...perfect set up for my sister and our dogs. Great location! Only minutes from the dog-friendly off-leash beach which we visited daily. Look forward to returning.

Relaxing Coastal Getaway
This unit was clean & had all the basics you need for a getaway! We stayed there with friends and it was convenient to get to as soon as you're on the island and also if you want to make a trip to Jekyll it's quicker to get off the island. Would definitely rent this unit again! We had a much needed comfortable and relaxing weekend here!

Overall, it’s a great space. We enjoyed our stay. There was no grill, the outdoor shower didn’t work, and the tv remote was broken in the living room so the volume was stuck on blaring.

SUPER CLEAN PLACE AND GREAT VIEWS OF SEA ISLAND GOLF COURSE
This place was perfect very clean great views and close to everything. Very spacious and beautifully appointed condo. The beds were very comfortable. This place was spectacular and super clean. The owners did a great job giving us so much to explore. We will definitely be back. LOVED IT

Summer weekend getaway
The location was perfect for my family little Summer weekend getaway. The condo was beautifully decorated in tranquil seafaring decor. We love it! -The only down side was the outside porch and patio area needed a little tiding up, and the gargabe can could use a good power washing. *Other than that our we enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Only negative is the apparent presense of a cat in the condo at some point - our son is allergic to cats and felt the affect of cat dander. All else was perfect!!

Quiet time
A very nice weekend stay. The only things that bother me was the main couch was badly stained and it would of been a plus if the sky light above the bedroom had of been clear & cleaned to be able to see the sky at night. I would tell guest that it is a great place to stay but be cautious when having sex because the neighbors will be able to hear your performance..

Renter Beware
Nothing "New" or "Luxurious “ about this unit. Description is extremely deceptive. This unit is unsafe with mold and weak main flooring. The supporting beams are clearly rotted and not able to support a stable floor. The smell and dampness is rampant. Clearly the water heater has leaked at one time and damaged the subflooring. There are so many areas in need of repairs - fan in bedroom is bent and can’t be on as the blades hit the light, bathroom sink doesn’t drain, bathroom towel rack was torn out of the wall, the bed frame in the main room is broken and this was clearly known as there are wires there trying to hold it together. The main couch in the LR is damp and moldy, fireplace wasn’t cleaned out, and bathroom door downstairs doesn’t close. If this was a hotel we never would have checked in. Extremely disappointing. While the owner of the unit has pledged to fix the minor issues, this is in need of major repairs just to make it inhabitable.

We should have stayed home
I am reluctant to complain, however after giving the owners this opinion privately and a month later no response, I will try to help someone else who perhaps will find a better vacation spot. We stayed in unit 10 mid June 2019. This condo is in need of a thorough deep cleaning. The appliances (top of refrigerator, range hood) were extremely dusty, like you could write your name in the dust. The upstairs bathroom had a strong urine smell. The blue & white rug in the living room was dirty and the couch should be replaced. None of us felt comfortable sitting on it without our own sleeping bag we had brought, covering where we sat because the couch was dirty and gross. There was construction going on next door. I don't know anyone who would choose to vacation in such close proximity to building construction. One of the workers was smoking on their side of the entrance and the smoke would come in the door as we were entering and exiting. They began working at 7:30 am using a saw on the back deck. One of the workers had a mask on & after spending 24 hours there my entire family began sneezing. It felt like we were coming down with a cold. This stopped as soon as we left the condo. I was under the impression that this was a vacation spot. I had no idea that this was an apartment complex that people lived at on a permanent basis. We did not find the residents welcoming at all. Unfortunately will not return to St. Simons Island. We wanted some peace & quiet. I wish we had of stayed home and saved our money. I thought perhaps the owners would make some attempt to make me feel better about our stay. This has not occurred & I feel as though future potential renters should be forewarned.

Evacuation Vacation
Stayed at this property as we needed to evacuate from Florida due to Hurricane Milton. The owners were very responsive and supportive. Even though we booked only about 24 hours before we arrived, the property was clean and ready for our family of 4. We appreciated the location that was close enough to easily access the beach, restaurants, and shops but far enough from shore to minimize impact as the storm passed south of the island. Hopefully we'll have the opportunity to return under better circumstances!

This place could use some sprucing up. Mostly paint and parching.Back patio was kind of a mess. The garbage can was full of stinky garbage all week end. Until I put it out as ask on Sunday night. They do not provide soap or shampoo so bring your own. The furniture was comfortable and the bedrooms also had comfortable beds. The kitchen has minimal furnishings for for food prep and cooking. The owners are very responsive to all concerns. St Simons Island is a hidden gem and I would stay here again if I went back.
