NEWLY RENOVATED Island Condo- All new kitchen, floors, upgrades and appliances

All new appliances, new TVs, modern touches and upgrades (air fryer oven, water softener, apron front farm/commercial sink, coffee bar w/ Keurig and iced coffee maker), were made in this quaint unit with quick access to nearly all of the island’s amenities, sites and indulgences! Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. Be sure to include the fact that you have pets (number of pets and weight of each) in your rental request. Come, enjoy the island and be our guest at Casa de Ce Ce!

We stayed at Casa de Cece 4 nights with 2 kids, 2 adults, 2 dogs and it was perfect! While the townhouse is dog accommodated with food/water bowls in the kitchen and baskets of toys upstairs and downstairs the cleanliness was superb! Seriously-no dog smells, fur tumbleweeds in the corners or gross rugs/carpet. No chewed up furniture, scratched doors or floors either so if you’re hesitant to stay bc it is pet & kid friendly, don’t be! It was also very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms along with beach items, kids games and a few books! Living room was comfortable and there is a desk and printer if you have to do a little work. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. I usually have a hard time sleeping while traveling but I slept great here! Communication with Samantha was excellent! No texting an unattended number that emails a corporate owner in another time zone like other places we’ve stayed, her response time was prompt and I knew if we had any questions it would be addressed appropriately. I had an issue with my booking in VRBO pre-trip and messaged Samantha. She responded quickly and had it rectified within a few hours! This felt like a home away from home and we will be staying here on our next trip to SSI!

Summer Break to SSI!

My husband and I wanted a short trip over the 4th of July holiday. Samantha’s property as just the ticket. The condo is in a good location and equipped with pretty much everything you could want and more. Only small suggestion would be a couple of larger bowls for salads or serving. It was a great spot too for bringing our small elderly dog. I would recommend staying here for sure!!

Great Vacation

Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, St. Simon Pier/shops and the beach. We appreciated the thoughtful touches; well stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. No worries, if you forget your toothbrush, sunscreen or any other toiletries. Our host, Samantha was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our entire experience seamless. We highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on St. Simon’s Island.

This rental was nothing short of PERFECT! Sam keeps this condo spotless and stocked. She was also very responsive. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone! The location was 10/10. I am coming back very soon!

Definitely recommend!!

Very nice condo. It was clean, comfortable and provided a relaxing place to stay. The condo complex is very quiet and close to many great attractions and restaurants. The owner is super pleasant, professional and great with communicating all of the necessary info/ responds right away if you have a question. She also provides everything you could possibly need! Pleasurable Vacation

Wonderful pet friendly stay.

Had a great stay at thisblocation, very relaxinf and allowed ua to bring our senior pup with us and avoid having to board him for an extended time. Facility was clean, well stocked, and exactly as presented. The pool was a welcome cooling oasis, and it was easy to get around the island from this location. The host was communicative, responsive and hospitable. 9/10 would reccommend.

Great Place

This was our second time using a VRBO property (we are quite loyal to a different service), and by far, this unit had more items in it than any other unit we've ever stayed in. My 76-year-old mother couldn't get over how well stocked the place was, from pet supplies, soaps, and lotions to coffee, and a hundred other things most places don't think about. We enjoyed the unit and would recommend it to our friends. Samantha was extremely prompt in returning texts and general communication during the week. Going the extra step will, without a doubt, bring people back to rent again. Well done.

Best kept SSI secret!

This condo is super cute! And the owner makes sure you feel right at home the minute you open the door. She really thought of everything. So you can just unpack and run to the beach. Highly recommend and we'll be staying there again! We have a dog that enjoyed his stay too!

This place was so inviting when we walked in. Beautifully decorated, everything you would need if you wanted to cook or have coffee in the morning. A cute little patio to have your coffee on. Close to the swimming pool. A very comfortable bed. Even a nice little snack basket. The owner even had dog snacks and bowls, although we did not have a dog with us. And chairs to use for your beach outing. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to choose from. This owner has thought of everything to make your stay a lovely experience.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful, well appointed condo even for the dogs. The Property Manager has provided just about everything you could ask for and was very responsive. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We will be back.
