The pool is heated during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks, and from March 15 through April 15. Heating is also available outside of those dates for a daily fee with advance notice.
Each bedroom features direct access to a private outdoor space—plus, the home includes a marsh-view front porch, a Char-Broil gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Inside, the bright two-story layout features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a generous dining area with seating for six, and a coastal living room with high ceilings, natural light, and a 50-inch smart TV.
SLEEP TIGHT (Where You’ll Sleep)
Two queen bedrooms are located on the main floor, each with ample closet space and doors leading to private patios. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a stacked washer/dryer.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, seating area, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to its own private balcony—perfect for slow mornings or late-night stargazing.
THE OUTDOORS
Unwind on the spacious front porch with marsh views and Adirondack chairs, or enjoy a seafood lunch at the outdoor dining table. Every bedroom opens to its own outdoor space, creating private moments even in a shared setting.
