Beautifully remodeled 4 bed/3 bath home, mid-south

Welcome to Tee Times and Tides!

What a stunning remodel job on this two story beach cottage! All new appliances, fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful dining room with vaulted ship-lapped ceiling, with a dining room table for 6. The kitchen is all new with an island sink and countertop that can seat an additional 4 people.

The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV with a 125 channel cable package. The big game can be enjoyed from a comfy sofa and a couple of easy chairs. The open floor plans allows for multiple activities. You can be cooking, eating, putting a puzzle together and watching the game with everyone gathered together in one big open space. The beautiful décor throughout and particular attention to detail is obvious.

The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed with a 50" Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a pack and play with sheets in the master bedroom closet. The second downstairs bedroom has a California King, 43" Smart TV and shares a hallway full bathroom. The laundry room is off the hallway and convenient to both bedrooms.

Upstairs one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a queen bunk bed with a twin on top. Both bedrooms have 43" Smart TV's with a full bathroom situated between the two bedrooms.

Games can be found in the buffet cabinet in the dining room and corn-hole is in the garage. There is also a playroom with ping pong table and TV! The back deck has a nice gas grill and a fire-pit in the back yard for those cool fall and winter evenings.

Have we talked about location, location location. At Tee Times & Tides you are 1/2 mile from Redfern Village with a wide array of boutique shops and restaurants. You are only 3/4 mile from the famous Southern Soul BBQ and 2 miles the the entrance to Sea Palms and all of its golfing opportunities. The beaches and pier/village area are an easy bike or golf cart ride away. 2 miles to the nearest beach access point and 2.5 miles into the village.

That's it. You now have no reason not to go ahead and book this gem.

Beautiful & very clean home! Plenty of items already stocked up for your stay (paper towels,tp, trash bags,dish soap, even firewood for the fire pit). Easy check in & check out. The AC went out on our last day/night there but they were very fair and ended up giving us a discount . Overall great stay

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was very clean and comfortable for our group. The only suggestion would be add a fan to the upstairs bedroom that does not have one as it is much warmer upstairs than downstairs and when they adjusted their thermostat down it made the downstairs cold. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. The property manager was quick to answer any concerns or questions. We enjoyed our time there. The lighting over the dining room was great for jigsaw puzzle making!

This was the cleanest and most well-furnished VRBO I have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate! The beds were luxurious and soft. The kitchen was well-stocked (coffee pot, keurig, paper towels, hand towels, zip locks, plastic wrap, coffee, coffee filters, cooking pans and utensils, etc.!). We enjoyed lounging in the home, but it was also very conveniently located to food places, so it was no trouble to run out to eat. We also LOVED playing ping pong and corn hole. Very thoughtful accommodations!

It easily fit our two families and it was great having the garage space for the kids to play table tennis. It was well stocked with towels, blankets, and the kitchen. The only down side was the driveway has a steep drop and it would scratch our bumper. No matter how slow we would enter or leave, it would still bump. The house is also pretty open so noise travels. Also it was inconvenient to have to pick up and drop of the keys before and after our stay. It would be nice if they got keyless entry.Overall we loved our stay!
