THE SPACE
There are steps to the main level entry at front door.
Common areas: Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and a Keurig single service with latte blender on the side. Open from the kitchen is the living room and dining room. Dining Room is farm-style with 4-chairs and long bench. Can seat 8 comfortably. Living Room has Smart TV and access to the outdoor patio. Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor in the hall.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
