Before we talk about the home, let's discuss the location which simply can't be beaten. Your group will be able to walk 1.5 blocks to the island's beautiful beaches and 2 blocks to local shops, plenty of popular restaurants, and even a liquor store. The home is a 15 minute walk to the Village and 3 blocks from the King & Prince.
Now to the home. The ground floor hosts a large master wing, featuring a king bed, an office space, a seating area with a 43" TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a large dining room with a beautiful wooden table. There is plenty of space for 12 guests and enough room left over for a banquet sized meal.
The living room has its own unique style. A large TV sits atop a decorative fireplace, surrounded by a sofa and four comfortable chairs. The shelves of the fireplace are filled with board games. The living room has an additional dining area, illuminated by Asian globe lamps. This table seats 6.
The kitchen has been fully renovated with a shiplap ceiling, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wooden cart for extra space, and fully stocked with pots and pans. Most importantly there is a combo drip/Keurig coffee maker.
The first upstairs bedroom includes a king-sized bed, more shiplap ceilings, an octagonal port window, and a makeup dresser.
The first upstairs bathroom centers around a grand soaking tub. It features two pedestal sinks, recessed ceiling lighting, and rotating cabinets with storage and full-length mirrors.
The second upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed, colorfully decorated to enhance the home’s bohemian charm.
Another bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The final spacious bedroom area has large windows and includes an attached office with a 42 inch TV and a small sofa. The bedroom area continues to a private sitting area with a trundle day bed, a full-length mirror, and hanging globe lights made of rope. This all makes for a cozy little hideaway.
In front of the home, you’ll find a large porch with seating including a rocking chair and a hanging chair swing, all set under the glow of ambient hanging lights. There are 3 parking spaces.
The back patio offers an additional outdoor space with decorative kayaks, perfect for sunbathing. The back yard is fully fenced with a charcoal grill.
The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for this policy.
