"A delightful property in a stunning location in the middle of the Dordogne countryside. The house has plenty of grounds in which to roam or play and the family particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. All facilities are provided in the house and if we wanted any additional equipment, such as a barbeque, we only had to ask. Eileen and Richard were the perfect hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We had a perfect, relaxing week and will definitely be returning."

"Corrine was amazing host, house is beautiful, well appointed and ideal for a group of 6 adults or a family with children, great pool and garden. communication with the host was great. the weather was unusually wet and windy for the dordogne in september,but at this property that was no problem, we still used the pool and garden and loved travelling in the area."

"Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite....

"Our two year old son loved the outdoor area: chasing the ducks, watching tia the dog and the horses being cooled down with water. The sandpit (boulles area!) was his favourite and we really appreciated the fenced swimming pool with 2 locks. No need to bring any toys, lots of games were provided. The only thing we’d look for next time would be mosquito nets around the beds and some cushions for the outdoor seating for when we’re outside in the evening. "Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"
