This townhouse was very neat and conveniently located. It's a 3 or 4 minute drive to Fort Leonard Wood and maybe 5 minutes to Walmart. It had plenty of room for 4 people and I noticed there were two futons in the living room that could potentially sleep two more people, if allowed. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan in the primary's closet which was nice. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic as well! The only issues I had were: no washer and dryer in the kitchen as advertised. I packed extra light with the plan of washing clothes to wear again, but that went out the window. There was an extra blanket in the closet that I took out and found a sizeable blood stain on it along with several other smaller blood stains that were left by a previous renter. I sent a message to the host to bring it to their attention but I didn't receive a response. A couple of the buttons on the microwave didn't work but I worked around it. Also, I found a broken table lamp on the deck, likely blown off the table by the wind. It appears these were extra and stored outside but I found that an odd place to store table lamps. The bed pillows weren't great (3 of the 4 on the bed equal one normal pillow) and the only TV was in the living room. It was supposed to have Roku but I couldn't watch anything except YouTube. So, nothing crazy, and not really anything critical. I'd recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again if in the area.
