The house is hard to find as detailed arrival details are not clear & is up a very rough dirt track so beware if you have a nice vehicle, we were not told this before arriving & my parents who are hardened travellers had a tough time locating it.
The house is nice it is spacious, bright & comfortable. The pool is lovely, the tennis court is brand spankers. It is set out really well for a family especially if you have children/teens as the games room has a lot going on. It however is not very well stocked it has no complimentary products in the bathroom which for the price you pay would be expected. The kitchen is stocked badly with only one bin bag (we have a letting property & leave at least 4 & then suggest the guests stock up if they need to). Cleanliness is also not up to scratch the oven was filthy & there is dust on most objects. The cleaners were supposed to clean a couple of times during our stay with a bedlinen change after 7 days as we were there for more than a week. They changed the top pillow cases but not the bottom? Maybe a money saving move? All our towels were left & not renewed which you would expect after 7 days. It just wasn't to a really good standard. The gardener didn't turn up so we ended up cleaning all the leaves on the patio up as there were masses at one point. All of this falls into the background in comparison to how rude & I mean outright rude the property manager Cornelius is who is supposed to help you during your stay but instead said the booking agent is incompetent as we had a confirmation that check out was at 11am yet he insisted very abruptly that it was 10am & we were wrong we even showed him the confirmation. He swanned around the house as if he owned it & made everyone feel very unwelcome. My Mother mentioned the oven being really dirty & he turned around & said 'you have already said that' still doing nothing about it!! He then made us take the bag of leaves we had swept up & dispose of them at the tip in town as we left??!!! I think you can find better for your money in terms of access, cleanliness & most definitely management.
