Old Timers call this part of the island "The Narrows" where the sand is just wide enough for a single row of homes.

Ideal for a family vacation or for a Romantic getaway for 2. Step down from the back deck and stroll the sugar white sand beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, large living area and 2 decks overlooking the beach. You can watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico from this Beach home. We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect to enjoy time out on the patio or a walk out on the beach. It was a little outdated but not a big deal! Especially with the ability to walk right out the back door to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay!

Great experience overall! The porch overlooks the ocean and is perfect! I was very happy to see plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. This is a must for a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach!

The house was perfect for us. It’s literally on the beach with fantastic view of the sunset. The beach items supplied were a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and such. Definitely saved as a favorite location and will be coming back.

Great location!
It's close to many great restaurants and you have a dedicated spot on the beach that is nearly all to yourself. We saw dolphins and lots of other wildlife from the deck. The house was about what we expected based on other reviews, it does need some updating but it sounds like that will happen soon. It was clean and the appliances were relatively new. Overall it was a great beach getaway!

We had a great stay down in Indian shores. wife and kids had a few things to say about the house being dated, and some little things that need attention but it’s on the beach, and plenty of room for us. Simple check in. Location is what we went for and it’s in a great spot!

Stayed for 3 nights. Its a good house in a great location. Location is very peaceful. Having you own private beach is amazing. Dont have to worry about a crowd. Chairs for the beach are provided, along with some odds and ends. The house had everything needed, however the house did feel outdated and needs some TLC and some parts of the house need more elbow grease when it comes to cleaning, especially the inside of the cabinets. The drveway is slightly tight and really have to watch the wall in the driveway at the neighboring house. It is not straight so it gets tighter as you are getting closer to the road. Overall a good house.

Everything was amazing! All the amenities included, pots and pans coffee maker etc. perfect location! The beach is right there and it’s a quiet part too! It’s close to everything. The beds were super comfortable! The check in process was so easy and the owners were great with communicating with us! The only negative thing was that we couldn’t get the cable to work but we also suck with technology. You’ve got the beach so why do you even need tv? We will be back!

Our stay was great! If your looking for an affordable beach house with awesome views and close to restaurants and shops this is the place for you. We ordered take out the entire stay so we werent concerned with a super updated kitchen or other things. This house is no frills but good.

We had a wonderful experience!
The house and property was just as described. The location was amazing and the house worked great for the three couples on vacation. It was awesome to be able to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evenings and be able to walk right out to the beach. There is areas of the house that could use a little updating but nothing that affected our stay. Would stay here again!

The host responded quickly and was very gracious with our needs and requests. The property is right on the beach with a view of the gulf from every room. We were very comfortable in the home enjoying the patio and sound of the waves at night . The kitchen supplies were very minimal which didn’t bother us as we ordered out mostly .

My family had a wonderful time. Beautiful views and large living room. Spiral staircase was not in photos and did become an issue with our young children. We bought a baby fence to surround it to prevent them from climbing. Overall, we enjoyed this property and would return.

5 Star fun, views from the deck and rooms. Private access to the beach. Walk for miles, kayak for hours, slip into a beach chair and watch the sun go down. Exactly as expected
If you are looking for luxury and modernized amenities this might not be the best option for you, however if your interest is a beachfront house with gorgeous views and direct access to beach then you are in luck. The balconies are a great feature to enjoy gorgeous sunsets and listen to the ocean waves. The owner is very hospitable. Overall it was a great experience!
