This top-floor condo is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. It offers a stunning Gulf front view with deluxe designer furnishings. Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs and DVD players in every room, skylights, Galaxy granite in the kitchen, preferred cable, internet access, and an in-home washer and dryer. The complex has an elevator, heated shared pool and hot tub, grill, and covered parking.

This central location is near many area attractions and trolley access. Oceanside 405 is central to Florida's theme parks and within walking distance of several great restaurants!

The pool and cabana are unavailable at this time until further notice due to hurricane damages.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely large condo which is acurately shown in the photos. Conveniently located for dining and shopping and road access to St. Petersburg or Tampa. We would stay here again. The parking and elevator were a huge plus.

Family fun time!
Our week was filled with great weather, great fun, and a clean, secure unit. Indian Rocks Beach, Oceanside, is located in an area that is sooooooooo convenient for dining, snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and of course the Gulf. The unit is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great location but needs a deep clean
Situated in a prime location with easy access to bars and restaurants, the condo offers a mix of convenience and relaxation. While my stay was marked by enjoyable moments, there were some notable issues that detracted from the overall experience. First and foremost, the condo's location deserves praise. It's conveniently close to everything IRB has to offer, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Additionally, the presence of a pool and hot tub added a touch of luxury to my stay. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing. However, despite these positives, I couldn't overlook the issue of cleanliness, particularly the dustiness of the condo. Upon arrival, I noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces, including hanging pictures, furniture, and vents. While this didn't ruin my stay, it was disappointing and made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning routine. Despite this drawback, the condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The living space was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for preparing meals, and the balcony offered a pleasant spot to enjoy the views. In terms of service, the staff were friendly and responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had during my stay. However, I hope that they address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Lovely place
We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Small complex means uncrowded beach and pool. We had perfect weather all week. Calm ocean.

Spacious condo
This condo was very spacious. The bedrooms and baths were down the hall from the living area (rather than right next to it) which was a nice separation for anyone who wanted a little down time away from the rest of the group. Clean and comfortable, walking distance to many great restaurants and a few shops. Trolley stop right in front of building. The beach and pool were never very crowded despite full occupancy in the building. This was a place we’d definitely like to return to.

Return to Indian Rocks
We have been coming to Indian Rocks for over 30 years but up until now have been staying with family. We found this condo and it did not disappoint! Easy booking in process, clean and well furnished property in such a great location. The pool was a great option for the kids when they’d had to much beach time and watching the sun set from the balcony is breath taking. We will definitely have this condo at the top of the list next time we visit. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was great; walking distance to a variety of restaurants and right on the beach (can't beat that!). The sunsets were amazing!

Just want you to know that there was a problem with the freezer not making ice, I contacted Vacasa 1 month ago and they said they would have someone to take care of it. Nothing has been done and they don’t contact me to let me know what is going on. Now the dryer is making black marks on our clothes. Contacted Vacasa again! Not happy with them. Just wanted you to know Vacasa is not doing their job!

Nice Condo with Great Location
Overall the condo was clean, nice furniture inside & out, great location. I would recommend the condo based on floor plan and access to nearby restaurants. Kitchen could have used some newer cookware and few other misc. items. Balcony was furnished and direct view right on the beach.

This unit is awesome! Location, gorgeous views of the beach and ocean, and of course the fully furnished kitchen are all great attributes for this property. The added security and ease of having a door code vs having to carry around a bunch of keys adds to the worry free atmosphere.

Wonderful Condo
We love this complex…walking distance to Slyce, Crabby Bills, Ice Cream, and several other places The condo has everything we needed and more. There was enough paper products, light cleaning supplies, etc. our teens were super excited to discover a flat iron and curling iron The Vacasa staff was responsive to any issues and they say they will be fixing the broken door to the washing machine (broken before our visit). They also took note of the fact that the dishwasher doesn’t clean the top rack or consistently release soap. This did not interfere with our vacation, but it might be something to follow up on for the owner The previous guests all commented on the TVs… the remotes needed batteries. We used ours out of the kids electronics while we were there. The Vacasa staff says they will fix that and some burnt out bulbs The pool cabana has a few boogie boards, but only one rusted short chair and a noodle. You will probably want to hit up a beach store for the rest of the stuff. There’s sand toys, but not a shovel. We loved our vacation and will be back!

Gorgeous views pros and cons...
We've stayed up and down this portion of the Gulf Coast since the '80s. We do have some favorites but occasionally like to try something new and this was something new. We love IRB and will list four pros and four cons for this specific condo- Pros- incredible views of the ocean and sunsets from a great elevation/ top floor/ relatively very clean condo/Right across the street to walk to one of our favorite restaurants- villa gallache. .... Cons- sits right next to public access so unless you're going in way off-season the beach is extremely crowded which we could not stand/ if you have loud neighbors especially kids you will hear them running and yelling/ the condo needs electronics, appliances and new mattresses!!! The dishwasher is awful and the television definitely needs to be updated in the living room along with a Blu-ray player which you can purchase nowadays for under $150./ Way too many keys and codes to not only get in the condo but to the pool to the beach etc. Overall a nice condo but there are far too many others that we prefer.

Nice Condo, but a couple of problems
Overall our stay was very nice. We have stayed in this building a number of times, but never in this unit. It was nice to be on the top 4th floor, but we did still hear quite a bit of noise through the walls. Our biggest problem was that the living room TV did not work. Angela (from Vacasa) came over on Sunday and after a long while, got it to work. However, a few hours later it went off/out again and it wouldn't program/input to #3. I called Vacasa 2x on Monday and Tuesday, but they never came back. We weren't there to watch TV, but it was annoying that they weren't able to respond to our request. Also, the beds in the 2nd bedroom need new mattresses. We pointed this out to Angela when she was there on Sunday and she agreed. I would definitely stay in Oceanside again, as it's proximity to restaurants, etc. is really good. I would probably pick a different unit, however.
