Located in building C on the second floor, it is very private and tranquil. Entire condo has been updated. New living room, oversized sofa with memory foam mattress, new bedroom furniture, new mattress on the daybed in the Florida room. You will feel right at home! New bedding in both the bedroom and the sunroom. Updated kitchen with backsplash, granite counter tops, hot water on demand, FREE long distance calling in North America, two new LCD TVs and high-speed wireless internet in unit. New beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels.
There is a play station unit with a lot of games for the entire family to enjoy!
I have also added a play pen for those travelling with small kids.
You will find a drying rack under the bed or in the closet. Fits perfectly in the bathroom and comes in handy for your wet towels and bathing suits :)
Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
Beach is directly across street with intercoastal waters on the backside of the complex. The beach itself is sandy and endless, shallow enough for kids with plenty of shells to collect and wildlife to observe.
The condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, max 4 with a pull out queen couch/sofa. There is also an additional daybed in the Lanai. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and comes with full sized appliances, microwave, fridge with ice-maker and stove. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender are also included. Bakeware, pots and pans and all utensils and glassware are included. Beach chairs, kids toys, water toys are in the closet. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress and new LCD TV. New bedding.
Internet connection is in the sunroom.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. Wall mounted hair-dryer. Please do not have small children play with the glass doors. Other items included are iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Beach toys, chairs etc.
This is a self-catering unit. You are responsible for any other supplies you may require.
Laundry is coin operated and is located at the end of the walkway. You can get quarters at the front office, grocery store or local bank.
The pool is heated and overlooks the intercoastal waters. There are grills(gas Barbeques) around the resort.
Please feel free to update me on anything that needs replacing or is missing from the unit.

Relaxing stay near the beach
My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. Just what the doctor ordered during a Midwest winter. The condo was perfect in every way and so accessible to the beach. The pool was so warm and relaxing as well. Eva’s communication was fantastic and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Very nice location. Quite but an easy two minute walk to the beach. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Clean and comfortable beach home. Awesome location.
Had a great stay. Scouting the area for a retirement home while visiting friends and family. Did not cook or use the pool facilities so can't review the pool. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. The beach is across the street. Awesome location. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Eva.

Great week at the beach
We had a wonderful week. The condo was just beautiful. Very clean and updated. The pool and grounds were very nice and well maintained. Host made it so easy to check in/out and very friendly. All the people in the complex were all so friendly. Super quick walk to the beach. Comfy bed. We just had the best week!! Can’t wait to come back.

The owner could not have been more attentive from booking time to post check out time. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Recent updates were a plus. We had a small issue with the a/c one night and it was fixed within 20 minutes! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place, was very convenient for our family of 4, kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, beach is across a road and it is has gorgeous white sand and plenty of shelling for kids ! We had a good time, Eva was very attentive to all our needs, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.A welcome bottle of wine and box of candies was a very sweet touch, thank you Eva!

What a wonderful stay!
This property is very well-maintained and the owner is a delight to work with! Our Fourth of July vacation was fantastic. This unit is half-way between the beach crossing area and the pool. We especially enjoyed the daybed in the sunroom, the armoire in the bedroom, and the dining area off the kitchen. (We did not even find the beach chairs until the last day, but we brought our own.) Check in and check out was very easy with the front desk. Thank you for a lovely stay, Eva!

Great rental experience
This is a good example of how a VRBO rental should go. Good communication from owner/agency. Easy pickup of keys at rental office. Place was clean and in-order, just like the photos. The only surprises were pleasant (excellent coin laundry just down the hall, barbeques, easy parking, etc.) We plan to come back next year.

A lovely vacation
We brought our three young children on vacation during spring school break. The condo was darling and had plenty of room for all of us, and we enjoyed making our own meals in the kitchen which had all the appliances and cookware we needed. The beach is beautiful, not crowded and not full of partiers, just right for children. I was showing my daughter how to boogie board when a group of four manta rays swam past us. Amazing sight! Also highly recommend the nearby bird sanctuary. A fun and memorable holiday for us!

Great Stay Great Owner!
Property was exactly as was described and how the pictures are shown. Communication between myself the and the owner was great. Check in was easy and quick. The condo is on the second floor and is maybe a 10 minute walk over to the beach. There is a pedestrian crossing with the condo's own walk way directly to the sand. Very easy. Enjoyed dinner at the Salt Rock Grill which is right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for small family!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. There is a queen pull out couch and a twin bed with a trundle bed in addition to the master. The beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach toys, fishing poles and boogie board were also a huge bonus and our kids loved using them! The beach is across the street and the pool is a 30 second walk from the room. Ewa also provided little things like dishwasher tabs, trash bags, laundry soap and other little things you wouldn’t think to bring. She was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We loved our vacation at Bare Foot Beach!

big family needing a getaway from Iowa
This set up was so clean inside and out. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful time in Indian Shores. The beach was so unique and not over crowded. Our boys loved the heated pool because it was unusually cool temps while we were there. We got to grill out every night for supper. We were a little worried about the laundry set up but it was never busy and worked great. And the grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. Oh, and the owner kept in touch with us to make sure things were going well. Indian Shores made me feel like I never need to head back to the Caribbean.

Barefoot sister vacation
My sister and I take a vacation together every year. This year was a bit different because we couldn’t go to Mexico Beach due to the disaster. We chose Ewa’s Property and we had no regrets. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We knew that the renter took pride in the home, as we do with our own homes. We were so comfortable there and hope to rebook for our next annual vacation. We have also been telling our friends about our experience and I am considering returning again with my spouse. The area also has everything nearby. It is the perfect location for all things “gulf side”. This is where we love to be. Great memories were made!

The Best Vacation Rental!
We have used vacation rental properties all across the country for several years. This was the best one yet! The owners were so helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry we had as we were planning our visit. They even sent us coupon deals by email before our arrival. Once we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates followed by an email to ensure everything was in order and up to expectations. Upon exploring every corner of our new home for the week, our teenage children discovered plenty of bedding, every item necessary in the kitchen, beach and pool toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and 2 broken boogie boards. When the owners checked in with us we mentioned this and within a few hours two brand new boogie boards were delivered. Now that's great service! Barefoot Beach Resort is in a perfect location, centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. John's Pass, with a beautiful, endless, white sand beach right across the street, a waterway with dolphins and other widlife behind, and a fabulous pool area on property. The condo itself was clean with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to spread out. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others. Thanks for making our vacation perfect!
