- Boat and Trailer Parking: If you plan to bring a boat, wave runner, kayak, or trailer, please note that it must be registered with the condo association. Fees apply, and trailers cannot be kept in the parking lot. The fee is $5 per day if registered 15 days prior to check-in or $10 per day if registered upon arrival. Please note, trailers are not permitted January through March. The nearest boat launch is at Fort DeSoto Boat Ramp.
