Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
Our 3rd floor condo is on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach. Just 10 minutes of walking brings you to the excitement of beach life! Our studio condo comes with 1 free parking space, 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchenette supplied with more than just the basics, bathroom has tub, shower & vanity sink area. Free WIFI, Smart TV with basic cable, DVD player with an assortment of movies, gated pool, backyard, BBQ grill, bike rack, coin-operated laundry center with washers & dryers. There's a pier for fishing or just relaxing.

I've stayed at this location a couple years ago. The exterior landscape is well kept. Building is well maintained. Unit had a balcony. The interior was clean and well kept. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Thank you Jessica for your quick answers to our questions.

We love Clearwater and decided to spend new years on the beach. The place was great.
Our host was great, the room was well stocked and clean! We swam in the pool when it was 60 outside! We would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Spotless and had everything you'd need and more. The view was also incredible! Next time I head back up to Clearwater I will be staying here again. Highly Recommended!

I enjoyed the location and property. A quick walk (10 min) to Clearwater Beach and a very short drive going to Sand Key Beach. It had everything we were looking for in our stay! Plus very friendly property Managers and quick to reply on VRBO.

This condo is clean and near anything you need. You can swim at the pool and walk to the beach which is a short distance away. We love staying here because it’s on the quiet side. Communication with the owner is great. I highly recommend this to anyone. Love it!

It was perfect for what we needed!
We came for 3 days to relax & go to the beach, eat some great food and re-charge!! We didn’t spend much time at the condo except to sleep. It was close to everything & an easy walk or drive everywhere we wanted to go!

Great location with water view and balcony. Very well equipped with every essential for beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, beach/pool toys and a small cooler. Pool area surrounded lush landscape made it very private.

Great Stay!
We had a great time in Clearwater. I’m originally from the area. The PM gave great recommendations to help prepare my itinerary. Check in was really easy, the unit was clean and welcoming. They provided instructions for everything! Great location, pretty quiet except for Yacht Club parties that ended at a reasonable hour. I would rent this location again!

Great location, loved all the extra beach items available for use.
Easy in and out. Only complaint was cook top didn't get hot enough to boil water. Location is fantastic. Host gave great suggestions for shopping, transportation and things to do near the condo. Nice to have the elevator. Lots to chose from for TV channels. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

A Nice Comfortable Stay
This is a small condo as stated but the sq ft are amazingly utilized. It has two comfortable beds with night stands and everything else as stated. I wouldn't want a lengthy stay with 4 people, but for the two of us, it was great. We had everything we needed - generous with paper items like toilet paper and paper towels, enough nice bath towels and even pool towels. We were very satisfied.

Great stay
My cousin and I visited for a relaxing girls trip. The two queen beds were perfect for us to have our own space. They were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities the condo offered. Everything was clean and well maintained. The laundry area as well as laundry appliances were clean and worked well. Pool was relaxing and clean. It is about a 15-20 min walk to many of the main attractions of Clearwater beach, but we preferred the quiet and privacy away from that. We utilized the trolley system daily, with a stop just a few mins walk from the condo. All our needs were met with this stay, and we had a great time.
