Wonderful Stay!
Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but worked for the youngest kids. Loved the bar and cafe onsite, pool was wonderful and being able to walk right on the beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Nice Condo
We love the location of the condo on the second floor. Super close to the gym and to the Sunset Cafe, which is on the premises. We will definite book this condo again. Thanks so much!

We were quite far from the beach and adjacent to the small property cafe which also doubled as a wedding venue. On weekends, music is blasting in the outside courtyard with people sceaming and dancing at night.

Sunset Vista stay
We have stayed at Sunset Vistas before and we love this place and always love our stay here, the only complaint we have this time is what we paid for the room versus the room itself which is need of some major updating, furniture, appliances, flooring, mattresses etc…so compared to previous stays and rooms of other family members stays we were disappointed in what we paid for what we got, otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and loved our stay!

Ok, but needs renovated.
Overall, it was clean. However, the water pressure was poor in both bathrooms. Most of the furniture, especially the couch, was old and worn. Definitely needs some attention compared to other units in this same complex I’ve stayed in. The area itself never disappoints!

This condo was in the perfect location and the staff at the cafe were amazing. Within walking distance to Johns Pass and short drive to Clearwater and St Petersburg. Definitely would stay there again when we are in the area

Great location, resort has all the amenities for your family
Perfect location to many activities in the area. Many are walkable or easy to catch the trolley. The resort is well kept with great amenities. The condo itself needs a deep clean and the furniture and beds are not comfortable.

I really love the place the beach right there is good my kids love it but I will wish could be 3room one for each one because my 21year old son don’t like to sleep w any one also my 17year old the sofa bed was horrible need better mattress to sleep better my son did want to sleep there because he can feel all under the mattress very painful on the backso I have to sleep ther but was very nice apartment very cozy thank you.

Bedroom carpets are absolutely filthy. My socks were black from walking on them. Very poor first impression when you see how gross they are. New couch and table but the rest of the furniture should be replaced. Very beat up. Appliances should be replaced also. Kitchen not well stocked with basics. No sharp knives for slicing. Excellent location though! Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Easy check in

Beach Getaway with Family
The property was great, it was on the second floor which was convenient when considering all the things you have to take to the beach (chairs, coolers, umbrellas). The place was clean and had all the thing you need, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking items and the place even had some beach items we used to take down the beach. The check in process was smooth and the over all appearance of the condo building was nice, clean and very well kept. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Fun but outdated & maintenance concern
I wasn’t too worried by the outdated comments and feel the pricing was in line with the property. We did find that the queen bedroom lights and fan would turn on randomly throughout the day/night, making sleep difficult. There might be an electrical issue at hand? The pool & hot tub were awesome, the beach is amazing. It’s within walking distance of food and shops! Great sunsets.
