The Villa at Harbor House

Step into this inviting and refreshing space in the heart of Safety Harbor. This villa has one queen bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and full laundry utilities. Both the living room and bedroom have large smart televisions with access to various streaming platforms. The Villa at Harbor House is just steps off of Main Street in a quiet residential neighborhood. This villa is recommended for visits that are one week or less in length. The Villa at Harbor House has space for two guests. We can provide portable cribs and other children's amenities upon request at the time of booking.All of our villas are also pet friendly, with an additional $100 pet fee.Needing more space? Check out our other villas, Villa Key West and Villa Italia. Reserving both villas can be the perfect accommodation for wedding parties or family reunions. Great location and beautiful place
The owners have done an amazing job at setting. up their rental properties. Anything you may think you need is probably there. We brought coffee pods and it was a coffee pot and thankfully, they had coffee and filters. I left coffee to replace what we used but, it was nice to not have to run to the store as soon as we got there. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend!

Villa - Helene
Minimal impact to Villa due to Hurrican Helene. Did have some of the downtown without power the first two days. Villa was very good. Would have liked a light above the bathroom sink rather than just the ceiling lights.

Best kept secret-Safety Harbor!
Very convenient location to Clearwater, Tampa and St. Pete. Beaches close too! Quaint waterfront town. Walking distance to main street but quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking our dog there. Owners nice and quick to respond to questions. Place was immaculate. No detail forgotten. Had everything you needed. Will definitely visit again!

The Villa in July 2024
I stayed here for a week in July on a business trip, and Christine's Villa added a whole lot of Pleasure! She was the perfect host, making sure that I had everything I needed without being at all intrusive. The property is exactly as advertised: small but well equipped with everything you might need as a single person (like me) or a romantic couple (we might be next time!). I particularly liked the barn doors that allow you to open up the space or partition it for privacy. In particular, the shower was an impressive surprise: large, tall and glass walled, it is much more than you might expect in a small property like this. As for location, it was perfect: a short walk from the hubbub and excitement of Main St., but far enough away to be quiet at night. It was too hot in July for me to take advantage of the comfortable front porch seating but that would be lovely in the cooler months. As for host Christine, it is a testament to her planning and preparation that I never had to reach out to her, other than to say "Thank You" when I left. Thank you for the stay, Christine. I hope to be back soon. Ian

What a wonderful place!
The Harbor House was the perfect little get away for our stay! Everything went as expected, multiple tv’s to use, very clean and well kept, the rainfall shower was such a nice touch. I was delighted to meet one of the owners and get some insight on local dining establishments and activities, which everything suggested was great! Wish I had just a few more days. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Would give 6 stars if we could!
Loved the place, very cute. Felt very spacious, too. Great outdoor kitchen and patio, and location could not have been better. We did not need the car at all to get to restaurants, bars, shop, or the marina in Safety Harbor. Owners are very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Loved the fenced in private patio. Was our favorite hangout space. Everything you could possibly want in a rental was there. Everything was so organized and spelled out. They thought of everything! Such a pleasant Main Street with all the boutiques and restaurants. Happy it was so walkable and dog friendly.

Everything was as advertised even including comments of others before us. Everything was thought of to the smallest detail, including Ziploc bags, umbrella at the door, cream and sugar for coffee. We really enjoyed the location. It was a very quiet, people that we met were incredibly friendly, including Christine. 🙂 We highly recommend this Villa.

Details Matter
This host knows what it means “the difference is in the details”. From the start of our stay to the end was easy and spot on. What a pleasure to walk into a place that was super clean including the refrigerator. Cold water and new bottle of creamer was waiting for us along with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. Ice tray full of ice along with a bag of ice, beach chairs and towels were also provided. The bedding and bed is extremely comfortable and a great updated bath and shower was a plus. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private patio and drinks in the evening. Great restaurants in walking distance. We like to book different places because we like variety but when we come back to this area we will be booking this place over and over again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and decorated in a fantastic way.. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was even pamphlets about restaurants in the area and other things to do. The sitting area in front and back were very comfortable. It was in a good location, not to far from Tampa or clearwater.We had a amazing host . She even left us a bottle of wine Also a couple of chairs and beach and towels. We would definitely stay here again. She thought of everything .

Summer Vacay
My husband and I typically stay at the villa in the fall for our anniversary. We decided to visit during the summer with our 4 year old and dog. It was just as cozy as we remember! We love the amenities it has to offer! It’s perfect location is close to our favorite dinner spots - The Kitchen, Bar Fly, dessert spot - Bassano Cheesecake and lunch spot - Mobil gas station (BEST Cuban sandwich)! It’s also in walking distance of the pier and Starbucks!

Excellent accommodations and super new and clean property. Close to so many fun things to do.
We had a Spa Day, drove to Clearwater Beach for a grouper sandwich and beach time, drove to Palm Harbor for a comedy show and dinner, enjoyed Harbor Bar for drinks late at night and watching the ball games on their TVs, walked downtown Safety Harbor and also drove to Dunedin for Wild Iris breakfast and then live music at Little Baby Bayou. So much fun!
