We stayed here Friday-Monday and had a great stay. There were four of us- three adults and one kid and we had enough room. Don’t get me wrong, it is a studio apartment, but if you stay organized it really isn’t a problem to fit everyone in there. Check in was very easy. It is very private even though it’s behind the main house. We didn’t have any problems with bugs or anything like that. We would definitely stay here again!
The place is just good enough for two, the location of the sink and toilet save space and water but is not convenient.

Very clean inside !!
Inside of studio very clean and nice !! Freezer in fridge did not work and dripped water onto shelf Alley leading to parking spot for property sketchy, debris filled and dark. Felt safe and secure with gate and door lock.
This cozy studio is located off an alley which runs between 3rd and 4th Avenue, S in the Central Oak Park neighborhood in St. Pete. The studio is actually a separate building in the rear of a home. There is a secure, gated patio area and “off alley” parking for one vehicle. I drive a larger SUV and getting into the space was a little tight but I managed to fit between the fence posts.
The studio was clean and fairly well equipped. It would sleep 2 comfortably. I read reviews where as many as four stayed there, but that seems pretty tight for the space, about the same as a regular motel room.
Be aware that Central Oak Park is a neighborhood in transition. Many homes are undergoing renovation and updating, but some are a run-down. The studio is two blocks from family members so the location was perfect for me - a five minute walk to my sister’s home. It’s also quite convenient to downtown St. Pete and the beaches.
I would definitely stay there again.
It is small but that is stated in the listing. It is a studio but the owner has made great use of the space. My 14 year old son and I stayed here for a week because we both participated in a volleyball camp and then a tournament for the weekend. The studio was very clean when we arrived and has essentials. There’s a hot plate to cook on but we did not use. My son slept on the futon and it was fine. I slept in the bed and it was comfy. We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t contact the owner during our stay. But we literally slept there and was gone at St. Pete beach all day for our camp which was a very quick and easy 15 minute drive away. I did contact her beforehand to ask for an additional day and she responded very quick and was able to accommodate us. I won’t lie and say I wasn’t a bit skeptical at first at the neighborhood and the alley entrance. BUT…we had absolutely no issues at all, and no one bothered us & the added security of the locked gate made us feel safe. We would definitely stay here again.
We are a family of four and had a good time in this location. I think it would be hard for most families of four to make work but our family tends to stay pretty close within our own house and we knew most of our time would be spent elsewhere. Great central location in between downtown and the beach!
It is a very small space but very nice and perfect for a couple or single person. Neighborhood was very quiet, however the alley was not very aesthetically pleasing (not the fault of this property owner) There were old cars and furniture in the alleyway but nothing else that made the neighborhood seem iffy. I had some extra questions for and requests of the host and she answered right away and fulfilled our needs in a timely fashion. I really appreciated her great service! I would stay here again.

Disappointing
My husband and I were scheduled to stay thur-sun, however, after coming across a bunch of mosquitoes AND cockroaches inside the house, I refused to staying the first night there. We left and stayed elsewhere. Extremely small. poor job cleaning. Neighborhood was also very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable. It also mentions no smoking allowed, yet outside there was a bucket with plenty of cigarette butts.
What a quaint, beautiful little space. It was clean and comfortable! There are multiple beaches all under a 10 min drive! I will definitely be staying here again.
Very cute little studio. My partner and I stayed for 7 nights. Few minor things with lack of extra blankets and towels. And had a run in with geckos inside and some palmetto bugs. Outside sitting area was cute but lighting did not work.

Compressed and conjested
The location is hard to find. The room was like a closet two people is very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extra small only a shower and one set of towels.. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. No regular TV, could only use your own apps for Tv/movies.
If you are looking for a location that is small and private, this is the spot for you. The location is less than 20 minutes from everything in Saint Petersburg from Beaches to Dining.
Room was cozy and clean. Could use an upgrade for outdoor lighting. We didn’t let the manager know but the lights outside did not work, so that is our fault. we asked for more towels and they did bring them the same day, I would maybe have extra towels for guests staying 6 days and more than one washcloth . Otherwise it was convenient for where we needed to be.
Nice studio in great location for St Pete area. Clean and comfortable.
Because you enter from back alley, at first hesitation, but all good. Perfect for me a single guy and young couple. Host,Trish, returned messages right away. So convenient. 10 mins to downtown StPete. 15 mins to beaches. Very clean.
Stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. Very clean and cozy. Close to beaches and downtown St Pete. We were very happy with the overall experience. Thank you
