These 4 quaint authentic (built in 1940's)Key West style tiny cottages are cozy and very clean with 'Old Florida' charm, were completely renovated in 2014. The saltwater pool, heated jacuzzi, outdoor bar/grills are shared between the 4 cottages.Total of 4 grills on the property. The back yard is a very large fenced area (5000 sq. ft.) You won't have ANY screaming kids around this pool...just peace and quiet. Each cottage has a very small fenced back yard and screened porch. The tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the compound. Bikes and beach gear (2 chairs, 2 bikes, beach buggy) provided for each cottage. You can walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. ONLY 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE ONLY.
The world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a stroll away gives you an oasis from the ordinary. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unusual shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.
Starting 2023, January is a minimum of 2 weeks or longer rental. February & March are 1 month or longer.
YOU CAN BRING A SMALL DOGGY (25 LBS MAX) THE PET FEE IS $150 PER DOG AND CERTAIN BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
A 6 seater electric beach cart available to rent. It is street legal.
FREE beach parking and FREE John's Pass Village parking.

Great vacation
These cottages are really cute. It was my husband and I and the location was really perfect. Great walk to the beach and easy walk to John's Pass that had good restaurants and views. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We stayed at the pool most of days and walked to dinner then walked the beach back and watched beautiful sunsets.

Perfect lil Cottage
We loved this property. The pool area was perfect, the porch was very nice and the bed was so cozy. Judy checked in with us to make sure we were great and even offered resturant recommendations for us. It was a perfect stay.

An exceptional find!
We stayed with our dog at The Flamingo cottage. It was adorable with tons of amentities. The pool area was beautiful and so relaxing. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with your every need. We would recommend these cottages to anyone and plan on returning ourselves!

Great Little Hideaway/Oasis
This was the second year we stayed with Judy at the cottages. They are well managed by Judy and Drake. They are quick to resolve any issues and maintain the property very well. We love the cottages because of all of all of the amenities and the closeness to John’s Pass. The pool is a lovely little oasis where you can relax. Great place and highly recommend!

Cottages were a delight! All of the extras were thought of by the owner. You want for nothing! Pool, grills all top notch. Everything within walking distance you would like to do. Owner is very approachable and friendly and very kind.

Quiet, relaxing stay.
Cute, clean, nicely decorated cottage. The kitchen was supplied better than most we've stayed in. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Great gas grill was right outside the cottage and we made use of it often. Located in a quiet residential area, close to the beach. Nice screen porch. Close to John's Pass - lots of shops and restaurants. Liked that there were only four cottages on the premises. Would stay again - thanks Judy!

Judy's Cottages are great
This is the second time we stayed at Judy's Tropical Cottages in Madeira Beach and we had a great experience both times. The cottages ate perfect for 2 people. All the amenities are there. Judy thought of everything and if it wasn't there, she would get it for you. The cottage was clean and the property was well maintained We love that the place is dog friendly. We met some great people on both visits. Everyone was friendly and even the ones that didn't have dogs were very accepting of the ones that were there. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Property exceeded our expectations. From location to amenities. Everything you need for the beach from chairs to wagons and umbrellas... even coolers! We used the beach cruiser bikes to go just about everywhere, so convenient of a location. The pool was so nice to have right outside your door and the fence made it nice to let your fur babies run around while lounging. The bungalow was extremely cozy with everything one could need. Very thoughtful property especially so close to beach to have everything to play outside. Best deal in Madeira for the money. Thank you Judy:)

Wonderful Host!
I actually did not stay .. I went in place is So cute and welcoming .. but found out the hot tub was not working . I am alone just planning on reading and sitting in the hot tub to relax .. unfortunately there was flooding in the area.. so hot tub was not working .. the Host was honest with me and right away offered me a refund and gave me other locations that I should check in to .. she was amazing and work with me to get a refund. It was so nice of her to do that for me!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our week in Madeira Beach. Our first time using HomwAway and things couldn't have been better. The cottage and pool area were very comfortable as portrayed on the website. Judy has thought of all the small things and is certainly a real PEOPLE person. The detail in the cottage with the high quality linens and towels certainly made our stay one to remember. We had such a great time we booked another stay in March to escape the winter cold where we live. Thanks for such a great trip and look forward to many more in the years to come. Any questions or issues that may arise will be gladly answered in a timely fashion. Judy and Drake make you feel welcome. A Great Stay.

A Magical Paradise
This is my third visit to Madeira Beach and the Flamingo Cottage. I walk in and instantly go into relaxation mode. The views of palms, gentle breezes call me to the screened porch to read or to the splendid pool. Shopping is easy walk to John's Pass and also to the white sand of the beach. Perfect location if you don't have a car. Trolley is $5 for all day and can be ridden from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. Get off the trolley and shop at Publix for groceries and jump back on the trolley. This year friends of mine rented 2 cottages. The 4 grills on property are top notch and we enjoyed food and drink under the covered area for hours after grilling our dinner. There is a shed for each cottage with beach supplies and bicycles. The owners are attentive and welcoming. The cottages have been furnished in welcoming styles and the bed is marvelous. The owners relaxed manner adds to the charm of the property. There are four cottages on property. Each year I have met the friendliest people relaxing and enjoying. Experience Judy's Tropical Cottages and you will understand why many choose this property year after year.

My husband and I cannot say enough about this gem of a find. when we are looking for a place to stay the always look for small places with a great pool area close to beach! You don’t need to bring anything! Plenty of bakeware, Grills, Towels, and to go cups! Each cottage has a barn stocked with beach cruiser, A buggy, beach chairs, Coolers…. Anything you need. We loved how it’s adults only and all of the three other cottages, Everyone was so friendly! John’s pass is so close. We walked to the beach everyday and used UBER twice. (9.00 trip) This really his a hidden gem! Glad we chose to stay here!! We will definitely return! Thank you Judy!

I can’t say enough Great things about Judy’s cottages! Our rental was so charming and equipped with every amenity you can think of! Bicycles, beach wagon, chairs, towels! She has thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable! The pool and hot tub…5 stars! We were able to walk to the beach and John’s Pass within 5 minutes. We will definitely come back to this little oasis in the future! Bonus - we met new friends that we love and hope to stay in contact with for a lifetime! Highly recommend this place!

Relaxing Beach Vacation
We had a great time while staying here! Judy & Drake were super friendly and very helpful. The property is very close to the beach and within walking/biking (bikes included) distance to John’s Pass. It includes tons of amenities, and a beautiful private pool area. We highly recommend staying here!

Tidy. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. Everything was perfect. One thing as a thought would be to have a couple bottled waters available upon arrival. We got in very early and could have used that after an evening of long travel. Would definitely stay at Judy’s again without a doubt. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the pool. For those looking for a restaurant with a sunset view, Caddy’s is the place to visit. And the only restaurant on the beach. John’s Pass has tons of things happening and the sunset cruise from Hubbard’s Marina is amazing. Inexpensive and well with every penny spent. 🌴☀️🌅🏖
