Our tastefully decorated and cozy Cottage offers everything you need for a romantic get-away and a relaxing stay in sunny Clearwater Beach. The Cottage is part of our vacation property '32 Steps to the Beach' which consists of a 3 bedroom house and a separate 1 bedroom cottage. The Cottage is located in a quiet and idyllic residential neighbourhood of Clearwater North Beach. The beautiful, award-winning and pristine Gulf Beach is just steps away from the house. If you prefer to have a calm beach day away from the crowds this is where you want to stay. Clearwater Beach with its vibrant public beach life and diverse restaurants is just a mile away.

The Cottage offers a spacious, elegant room with a queen bed, a sitting area with a sofa sleeper and a remodeled bathroom. The new kitchenette gives you the opportunity to prepare meals and enjoy them in the small dining area or outside on the secluded patio. Savour a cup of coffee in the morning, a glass of wine after a relaxing day on the beach or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard.

Clearwater North Beach is an upscale, safe residential neighborhood that welcomes families and couples. It is not suitable for 'spring breakers' or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

The area of Clearwater offers an astonishing diversity of leisure activities. If you enjoy sports you might want to try out the numerous jogging, skating, biking, golfing, hiking, swimming, surfing, tennis or fitness opportunities. In Florida's state parks and on the breathtaking beaches you will experience the beauty and serenity of nature. Several theme parks guarantee fun for the whole family and the diversity of the many restaurants in the area will surprise you. From casual to upscale dining, from local and national to international cuisine - you will find it all!

COVID-19
Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full.

We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19.

Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Just left this cottage after a four-night stay. I booked it because I was looking for quiet rest & relaxation and easy access to the beach, and that’s exactly what I got. (Though I did wind up in the busier part of Clearwater Beach at least once each day for a meal or drinks!) This property was clean and updated and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the charming little private patio outside the side door, too.

We Keep coming back
We think this might’ve been our fifth year at this property. It’s perfect for the two of us. We love the quiet neighborhood and the location just steps from the beach.

Great location for small family!
We enjoyed staying at the Cottage which was a perfect location and great size for our small family of three. We had everything we needed, it was quite convenient and yet out of all of the craziness so that we had time to unwind and relax. Phenomenal beach access that cannot be beaten for any time walks or a day on the sand. We will be back, highly recommend!

The Cottage is in a very quiet end of Clearwater Beach although only a short distance to the main town it is a world away and is just across the street from your nearly private beach compared to downtown. Cottage is well appointed, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Perfect for couples!

Well appointed cottage near one of the most beautiful beaches and nature preserves in the world. Ideal access to north Clearwater beach and Caladesi Island. Except for shopping and fishing, did not want to leave the neighborhood. Florida at its best.

We loved our stay at the 32steps to beach cottage. I wished I was I was back.
It was clean quiet and friendly. Close to town so we could walk. It is great if you are on go which we were. There is not alot of room but it worked for us. Love it.

32 steps - Absolutely Amazing!
We loved our stay at the 32 steps cottage and cannot wait to return with our family to stay at the home. The decor and set-up was just perfect, super clean, and updated. The location is the absolute best! We loved being able to easily go back and forth between the cottage and the beach. The area is so lovely, and yet walkable to all of the happenings in downtown Clearwater. We absolutely loved our stay and are excited to return with our kids!

Wonderful cottage!
My husband and I rented the cottage for a week. It was perfect for us! Great location just steps to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, but we were still able to walk to restaurants and shops. We barely used the car at all once we got there. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed from cooking utensils to beach chairs. The owners were always very responsive. I highly recommend!

Best rental experience!
We rented the cottage and house and I could not ask for anything more in a rental home! The property was so close to the beach we walked barefoot and the house was super clean and very well decorated. Tanja is so easy to work with, a wonderful lady! Next time we are in ,Clearwater we don't even have to look, it's 32 steps for us!!!!!

Quaint and just as it is pictured
My husband and I recently stayed in the cottage for our 5 year anniversary. From the very beginning Tanja was easy to communicate with. The cottage is very clean and a nice getaway. Everything was there that you could possibly need, including beach chairs, bicycles, all kitchen utensils, etc. We were pleasantly pleased of the proximity of the beach and even more so how quiet this end of the beach was. We would definitely return here for another stay.

Cozy and Quaint!!!
We had a great time visiting The Cottage and Clearwater, FL! My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing week away from the stresses of life. The Cottage provided a nice, clean, and cozy space to spend our week. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. Our little dog also greatly enjoyed his stay and loved his morning walks on the beach! It was only a short drive down the island to access ample restaurants and shops. The homeowners were very nice and were quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Second time here, and will be back again next year!
We love this place. We love walking in the quiet neighborhood as well as the beach. this cute little efficiency cottage has everything The two of us need for a two week stay. It was our second year and we will be back again. Next year. The kitchen is wonderfully furnished for us, and we cook most of our meals in the space, lots of great beach chairs and umbrellas and a lovely little patio to sit on . Ryan and Amy are extremely responsive and wonderful hosts!

From the beginning it was clear, Tanja has thought through creating a wonderful experience. Communication was complete, thorough, and prompt. Wonderful Cottage
This was a wonderful place to end our trip in Florida. The cottage was sooo clean and just as pictured. We were not disappointed!! Having stayed in this same cottage several years ago, we found it just as nice and the updating a bonus. The only issue we had was the contact information in the welcome book seemed to be incorrect. We were not able to contact the owner with the information provided. Not sure if the book had not been updated.

our stay at the cottage
Place is very tiny, but efficient and clean.It was as promised, very close to beach. It is in a great location. All kinds of coolers, chairs, and other beach necessities are in the shed, and kitchen is well stocked. Liked sitting out in the patio, and used the grill a few times. Bed was comfy, and felt fresh. Would have liked a few more bath towels, and shampoo and conditioner samples (just to get started), but all in all it was nice, and I would rent again. Our host even left us a nice bottle of white wine, which I did enjoy. Great fantastic location!

Charming cottage for a perfect week at the beach
Good things come in small packages and that is true of 32 Steps to the Beach! Everything we needed to make this our home for the week was provided. Tanja has thought of everything! She provided beach towels, plenty of paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, extra trash liners, spices, sugar, plenty of glassware and dishes! It was easy to help keep her cottage tidy and homey with all the amenities she had for us! All VRBO owners should take notes! We will make plans to return next year!
