We recently stayed in Unit 405 as part of our 39th Anniversary celebration. The unit was ideal for our stay, and is accurately depicted in the photographs published in the information about the unit. It is clean and comfortable, and the views from the living room, primary bedroom, and sizable balcony are stellar. Sadly for us, clouds gathered every evening to mar the sunsets, but it was still enjoyable to watch the play of colors in the clouds from the retreating sun.
The Treasure Island boardwalk, which separates the resort property from the beach, is wonderful for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. We walked it all the way to the southern end, but going north, we never made it past Sloppy Joe's. LOL! The covered parking provided ensured we never had to swelter in a hot car when we ventured out to go further than our walking could take us. The large walk-in shower in the front bathroom was wonderful. I only used the tub/shower combination in the primary ensuite one time after my husband raved about the larger shower.
This was our first visit to Treasure Island, but we had such a wonderful time, we will be returning, and we will be staying at Surf Beach Resort -- hopefully in Unit 405 -- when we return. Highly recommend.
