BRAND NEW BUILDING with Elevator

UNIT 405 - This apartment is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our NEW COASTAL STYLE BUILDING features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 405 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502594 (unit 406) for availability, and reserve both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Just as advertised. Perfect for two people or maybe 3. Umbrellas and chairs right at the beach entrance were very handy. Nice neighborhood and convenient to many places to eat. Would certainly stay here again.

The entire property was very clean. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Amazing views of the beach and ocean. Close to restaurants and within walking distance to everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Convenient to many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Although unit was a bit smaller it was very accommodating. Patrice was very accessible for any questions we had. The only recommendation I could offer would be updating the bedding in the master bedroom. Will definitely consider for future visits.

Lovely place all ways
The unit was incredibly clean when we arrived and was easily found and entered. It is of course right on the gulf. There are 2 kayaks and 3 paddle boards as well as numerous toys for children. Both bedrooms and the living area had TVs. The kitchen had most every conceivable cooking tools and machines. The only problem we had was quickly resolved by the on site person who came to our aid.

Tommy’s on the Beach is the PERFECT Beach House!!!
We just completed a month long stay at Tommy’s on the Beach and couldn’t be happier! The unit had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! The location is amazing…just steps from the beach and great restaurants. Patrice was a true pleasure to work with and her staff was very attentive. Maria and Dave were awesome, keeping everything clean and neat and checking with us to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend Tommy’s on the beach and look forward to another stay as soon as possible!

This property is clean, well furnished and absolutely perfectly located - steps from the beach and also from a wonderful diner, French bakery, and bar/restaurant. It’s also reasonable drive to Orlando if that’s in your plan.

Wonderful condo!
Just wrapped up a fantastic week at Indian Rocks Beach and a key part was our “home away from home” for the week. The condo (#405) was perfect! Comfortable and well-furnished with a special attention to detail that is very unique in a rental (e.g., beach towels and bags, water toys, etc). The location is absolutely perfect as well. The beach is pretty much at the back door which makes for a quick margarita-refill run (no trudging through hot sand and over tall dunes or long walk way). We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Patrice for a great stay!

Wonderful Accommodations
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It is newer and clean and has all of the amenities that you will need for a perfect beach vacation. Well-stocked inside and out! We were able to grab beach chairs and umbrellas every day just out by the pool. We enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony every evening. This is a perfect pick for anyone wanting to just bring their suitcase and relax on the beach.

New 3-level building w elevator on awesome beach
Excellent new condo on beach had everything we needed and much more than expected. Two full bathrooms were great for our party of two couples, one child, and dog. Beautiful sunset views over beach from our balcony. Extremely short walk to the ocean. The narrow beach with perfect sand limits masses of tents obscuring views and this area is well away from all the high rise hotels… so no overcrowding. Met staff right away and they offered child high chair and such. Met owners at end of trip, who were very nice. Note: if viewing pics on Street View, view property from the Main Street since old pics of former structure will display if viewing too close. Name of old and new is “Tommy’s on the Beach” Hope to stay here again in not too distant future!

Excellent choice!
We had an amazing vacation at this property! The balcony was by far our favorite part, overlooking the beach all day and amazing sunsets in the evening. This top floor unit we stayed in was perfect for us with a lovely breeze off the water. The bed was comfortable, the entire place was clean and very well stocked as compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. The additional beach supplies provided for the building were excellent! Beach chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, skim boards, boogie board, paddle boards, kayaks, oars, life jackets, towels, beach bags, even sand toys for the kids were all provided! Hostess was very responsive and kind. We also met the property manager who was also very kind, asking if we needed anything she could provide for us (we didn’t, but it was wonderful that she offered). The location is wonderful, away from the hustle and bustle of busier towns but still walking/short driving distance to lots of things to do. Small details we appreciated included the upscale refrigerator with a middle drawer you can set the temperature to accommodate what you’re putting in there. We used it to keep our drinks refreshingly cold. Keypad entry meant not only easy access/check in but eliminated the need to carry around a key. Under building parking allowed access to your car without getting drenched in the occasional Florida rain. As stated before, this unit was well stocked. Basic cleaning products and toiletries were provided which were so nice to have on hand. We would definitely stay here again!

A great home away from home!
We had a wonderful and relaxing experience – just what we needed after the crazy past two years! We already knew the location well but enjoying it in a fresh new condo was a highlight. From listening to the surf as we enjoyed our take -out breakfast from Café de Paris to the beautiful sunsets visible from the balcony each evening - perfect. The unit is decorated beautifully, clean and so coastal, well stocked, new appliances, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, easy parking, ample towels, beautiful walk-in shower, lots of beach paraphernalia, quiet, and our 70 something legs loved the elevator. Views from out top floor unit were amazing. A great home away from home! And one we definitely will be revisiting!
