Did you say white quartz sandy beaches and stunning multicolored sunsets? Yes…and less than a block away from your front door when you stay at Plum’s Paradise.

Calming colors of turquoise and tropical patterns throughout this fun and tastefully decorated hideaway are sure to ease away any stress. This gem is one of only two units available (convenient if you want to bring more friends or family). It was newly remodeled in Spring 2019 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home.

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, a king size bed and sofa pull out. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful solid oak wood butcher block counter top plus NEW appliances, including a dishwasher.

This piece of paradise has a large tropical enclosed yard to enjoy while sitting on oversized lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside patio set.

Just steps to white sandy beaches and less than a .5 block to Gulf Boulevard…You are in the main hub of it all; Restaurants, Beach Access, Music, Parks, Pubs, Groceries, Shopping, Yoga, Ice Cream, and More.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 4 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 2 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. Walk to the grocery store, to Keegans (featured on Food Networks Diners, Drine-ins, and Dives), several local bars and eateries, and of course the beach!

There is a trolley that can take you from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete beach for a nominal fee and it stops in Indian Rocks Beach. See my Guidebook for details.

We loved our fully stocked cottage. Walking range to beach, bars, restaurants, coffee and deli. We also enjoyed the courtyard, hammock. Washer and dryer right on site. Added bonus all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, goodies provided. We’ll be back!

This was our second time staying in the same unit; Sabrina and Bill are always so attentive and responsive. Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed for the beach was conveniently located in a separate shed/area (new) and there were plenty of items available. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk and we love that the town added the cross walk signals since our last visit. Close to bars/restaurants/cafes, no issues with noise from the bar or the street. Overall it was a wonderful stay as usual and we hope to return next year once our vacation weeks are confirmed.

Such a cute little spot right in the middle of everything you want to do. Just a quick walk to the beach and the wagon, toys, chairs, etc. were perfect! Bed was very comfy and the pull out couch was a good space for our two boys.

This cottage picks up the Indian Rocks Beach vibe in the decor, is very close to the beach and still feels very private. Sabrina responded immediately to my texts. Perfect for a solo traveler but could certainly house more.

We arrived and everything was perfect and just as described. So many little extras that made this a great beach rental. The owners were so responsive and provided us with all Of the info we could ever possibly need. They provided a notebook that had Tons of information about the rental and IRB. Amazing Property
Our family absolutely loved Plum Paradise. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of space for us and our belongings. The kids loved the sofa bed and the main bedroom/bed was very comfortable. Sabrina and Bill thought of everything when furnishing the unit. We had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and well kept, towels and linens were clean, and broom/vacuum in the storage closet came in handy throughout the trip. Sabrina checked in regularly with us, never felt bothered, and any issues that we had were resolved immediately (small issue with ants when we arrived late in the evening which was resolved by the morning). Property was and felt very secure, no worries about walking around the neighbourhood in the evening, or using the laundry facilities at night. Area was quiet and very close to the beach, less than a 2 min walk. Everything we needed for the beach was made available to us. Restaurants and grocers just around the corner, plenty of dining options. Will definitely try to book another stay here once we confirm our next vacation weeks.

Nice clean place. Good outdoor area with plenty of seating. Property owners were very responsive with any questions we had. There was a cart available for us to take with us to the beach. 5 bikes for us to use. We tried to stay off the main road with the bikes because of the cars, but we enjoyed using the bikes on back roads. The beach is a block and a half away. Only issue was that we had to cross the main road to get to it, but the cars do tend to yield to walkers. We would go back again
