Welcome to our large beachfront condo. Come on in and enjoy your stay. Our condo sports full unobstructed Gulf beach views from the top floor. Park yourself on our large balcony spreading the width of the condo and enjoy the beautiful breezes, and amazing sunsets, make sure you are on the lookout for dolphins.
In the mood for pampering? rent a cabana, outside your door and relax the day away. In the mood to fish? Bring your pole and fish-on. A heated pool and hot tub for your use and lounge chairs to sun in downstairs, all for your enjoyment. In the mood for entertainment? you are moments to John's pass, boating, sightseeing, para-sailing, arcades, and tons of shopping.

Our condo features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. Clean and fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing time. You bring sunscreen and we will supply the beach towels.

Come stay with us with flexible Dates and the number of days during certain seasons. Payments are only refundable if over 60 days until occupancy, after that, documented emergencies will be considered.

This condo was perfect for our group, we had 4 adults and 4 boys, all slept comfortably and we loved the location! If I had to say one thing not negative but as a suggestion, larger mixing bowls in the kitchen would be helpful, but that’s minor! We loved our stay!

We stayed here from January 29-February 2nd! We absolutely LOVED the condo! The balcony was awesome! We never missed a photo opportunity at night with the sunsets on the balcony! Angela was very responsive with any questions I had for her! We loved the location! We walked to many restaurants and took the trolley when we wanted to explore further away! Thank you for a great spring break. Amazing condo and views. We enjoyed it so much we just wanted to hang out there. Found a good fresh seafood market just to the north on gulf Blvd (walking distance). Bought some fresh swordfish steaks and cooked them up on the grills at the condo. Would highly recommend as they were delicious.

Toes in the sand is perfect. Right on the beach with majestic views. Heated pool is wonderful. You can rent jet skis right outside. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores nearby. The condo is roomy and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well supplied. The host has thought of everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation. If you are traveling with children there are beach toys provided plus beach towels and chairs for guests. If you decide to rent here you will be very happy. Right

Fantastic property
The unit itself is very clean and well-decorated with an updated kitchen containing all the dishes and utensils, etc., that one might need. We instantly felt at home when we arrived. There are smart tvs in the living room and the 3 bedrooms. The crowning glory of the apartment is the full-width covered balcony facing the gulf - spectacular view with the most beautiful sunsets. Angela is the most responsive property manager that I have dealt with; she responded to my texts almost instantly and always quickly answered any question and resolved any small issue that we encountered. We will be back!
