Spectacular Beachfront Townhouse Condo PELICANS POINTE

Direct beachfront townhouse condo on the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets, and beach. Very private uncrowded residential beach area.

Beautiful two story private townhouse style condo with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. You will have the opportunity to see beautiful sunset views of the ocean from the living room balcony and the private on-suite master bedroom balcony.

This location has only two other units in the building. Master bedroom has a private balcony with ocean facing sunset views. The living room balcony is located on the main floor over looking the ocean with the spiral staircase that has direct access to the beach.

Each bedroom has their own ensuite, and the laundry room is conveniently located between bedrooms.

There is parking under the condo for 2 vehicles. Also a large locker with beach chairs in the parking area. There are outdoor showers to wash off all the beach sand and salt after swimming.

You can play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, and then sit back and relax with a refreshing beverage as you take in the scenery.

This wonderful beach retreat is the perfect place to relax and recharge. With the warm waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico right out your door, you will feel like you have found paradise.

A few steps to the beach. Great shelling- we got some great shells. The owner was very attentive and answered quickly. The view from both balconies were great and the sunsets were phenomenal.

Absolutely amazing place.
This was a absolutely amazing place for my family. The place was very clean and has everything you need for a vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful ocean view with a private beach. I couldn't ask for a better place exactly as described in the listing. Tom was wright on spot with any questions I had.

The condo was as described. Check in/Check out process was clear. View of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful. Weather could have been better, but it was better than home and can't be predicted. We enjoyed our stay and were on the main deckost of the time. Tom was great in responding to questions we had. Would love this location and would love to stay again.

Relaxing and beautiful beach
Property was perfectly located on Indian Rocks Beach. The townhouse was comfortable and we watched the sunset every day from the balcony. The decor was somewhat dated, but we weren't there to spend time indoors. Great location within walking distance to good restaurants. And Indian Rocks Beach is quiet, low-key, less crowded than other gulf beaches.
