Beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a small, 4 unit building, no elevator. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living room with direct views of the Gulf of America. Large patio to enjoy beautiful sunsets and view. This condo is bright and inviting, with a large master bedroom and bath. The first guest bedroom is perfect for children, with two sets of bunk beds, while the second includes a queen size bed. Convenient pool and beach access from a balcony stairway. Excellent stay!
Our stay in IRB was great! The property is perfectly situated. Beach, pool and restaurants all right outside your door. The house had all the beach stuff we needed. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the people on the beach and sunsets. I would recommend this property and when I come back to IRB I will be staying here.

We came to IRB with my daughter, her husband and their 2 children so the kids could experience the joy of the beach, the sand and the waves. This property did NOT disappoint! Best VRBO weve stayed in and one of the best vacations in many years. Watching the sun set was a nightly event! Loved it!!!

We really didn't want to leave :) Everything was very nice. They place had everything we needed and was very easy to use. The room with the four bunk beds worked great for our 4 kids ages 3-9. Having the sliding balcony door open to see and hear the ocean was so nice while spending time in the living room/kitchen. We loved it.

We had a wonderful vacation. The Apartment is georgous, the view is spectacular, the area is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The communication with the owner waa great and fast.
