Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves lapping onto the shore and enjoying your morning coffee on the covered balcony as the dolphin swim by. Create your own private cabana on the sugar sand beach with our comfy beach chairs and umbrellas. At the end of the day, wind down with your favorite cocktail as you watch the sun dip below the horizon from your own private rooftop terrace…its 5 o’clock somewhere...

Sunplace is located within Indian Shores, a charming, laid back, family-friendly community located on a pristine beach. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants, rent beach cruisers to go exploring, hop on the trolly to one of the neighboring beach towns, or take a short ride into St. Pete and go shopping on Beach Drive. We are centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino, and Bush Gardens are just a short drive away.

The rental includes everything you need for a great vacation, including towels, linens, beach gear…even sand toys for the kids. Come relax, reflect, and recharge! We will take care of the rest.

Please note this small building does not have an elevator and the condo is located on the 2nd floor.

Wonderful stay with the best view
Such a relaxing trip and so needed for our family! We got away for the Thanksgiving holiday as we lost our home in Hurricane Helene, and this property was the perfect place to destress and enjoy family time. With all the balconies and the gorgeous views, we could keep an eye on the kids while they played down by the water. House was clean and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Truly amazing beach condo!
A perfect view, easy walk out to a pristine and quiet beach, a beach cottage feel with great upgrades, and very close to other fun activities (great restaurants and coolest putt-putt ever). Can't wait to come back again soon!!

Would definitely recommend!
THIS is the best beach rental place to stay! I was blown away by the luxury of the rental. It has an amazing view, access to the beach, awesome accommodations with all the recent upgrades and great people to work with. My stay here was outstanding and I can't wait to go back again! I would highly recommend and loved every second of this vaca.

So much fun
It was absolutely wonderful. The location is great. Lots of good food and shopping near by. The beach was beautiful. The rooftop chairs and hot tub were lovely. The only thing that we had a hard time with was the stairs. Its a lot of stairs and my parents had a hard time getting up and down. But other than that we loved it.

Best family vacation!
We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach condo! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. After a day at the beach we would either go out to one of the nearby eateries recommended by our hosts (always fantastic) or cook at the condo. Then we would curl up and watch movies together. We plan to return next summer for another memorable and relaxing family vacation!

Another wonderful stay
This is the second year we have stayed at one of the owners' properties, and this visit was as enjoyable as last years. This unit was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for our week at the beach. We loved how rustic and spacious this townhouse was. Because of its uniqueness, we feel like we've traveled much further away, even though we only live an hour away. We'll definitely be back!
