'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful Southern home where you will enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation with your loved ones! The Key-West-style house is situated in the upscale, tranquil neighborhood of Carlouel, just a minute stroll from the private beach access. Enjoy the Sunstate's beach life with its sugar-white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico! It's not unusual to see the dolphins as they are swimming by!

'Sea Breeze' offers everything you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. The house has a heated pool with a spill-over spa and a fabulous outdoor grilling area. Three different patios and a water-view balcony guarantee cozy hours for reading, chatting or playing games. Enjoy total privacy, behind our picket fenced lawns, with lovely tropical landscaping. Take a dip - day or night, in our gorgeous, heated swimming pool & spa! Early evening, perhaps a glass of wine in hand, you may want to stroll to the beach gate to witness the famous flaming sunsets as they melt into the ocean. If you look to enjoy Florida's beach life at its best, away from the noise & crowds of highly populated resorts, this is your spot!

'Sea Breeze' is the perfect place for families, family reunions and couple retreats. The house has two master suites and three standard bedrooms. In of the master suites there is a king bed and ensuite bath. In the other there is a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. One standard bedroom has another King bed, the next has two Twin beds, and the fifth small bedroom has a Queen bed. A pack-and-play crib and high chair is available. 'Sea Breeze' can host 10 to maximum 12 people.

Carlouel - is an up-scale, safe residential neighborhood that welcomes families and couples. It is not suitable for 'spring breakers' or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

The area of Clearwater offers an astonishing diversity of leisure activities. If you enjoy sports you might want to try out the numerous jogging, skating, biking, golfing, hiking, swimming, surfing, tennis or fitness opportunities. In Florida's state parks and on the breathtaking beaches you will experience the beauty and serenity of nature. Several theme parks guarantee fun for the whole family and the diversity of the many restaurants in the area will surprise you. From casual to upscale dining, from local and national to international cuisine - you will find it all!

The house/grounds had a wonderful layout, everything was beautifully cleaned & decorated, the owner Tanja was wonderful to communicate with throughout the whole process of renting, the cleaning lady/property manager was so sweet, & the location was unbeatable. Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I for one would love to come back and rent the house again!

Wonderful Spring Break
Had a wonderful visit to Clearwater Beach and Sea Breeze. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty space to spread out, lots of outdoor seating options, and the plants and vegetation made it feel very secluded. Large dining table was a plus, heated pool was a must this week, great selection of pool and beach toys, plus a couple bicycles. All in a quiet location, but very easy walk to the beach and convenient to the restaurants and "town" area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A great family vacation spot
The Sea Breeze is well equipped to handle a family of eight. The bedrooms offered privacy for everyone. The kitchen was adequate for cooking family dinners. We had a lot of fun in the backyard pool with the whole family. The private beach was just a short walk away and the house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use.

Sea Breeze was the perfect home for family's Spring Break vacation!!!
The owners & management staff couldn't have been nicer. They greeted us on our arrival. House was very well stocked, more so than any other home we've rented from VRBO in the past. Safe, quiet location. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Bay on one side, beach on the other & plenty of space for our family of 10, perfect vacation with great memories made.

Beautiful home away from home! Plenty of room for all of us!
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was very close. The home had everything we needed except the oven wasn't working. The owners were very apologetic about that and were very helpful with all our questions. We had a great time and made many memories.
