***Our Pool is open as of February 1, 2025*** there's no longer an elevator available. This condo is on the third floor, two floors above parking and it's one of three units in the building. Located on the top floor of this privately owned building, The Sunset Suite is where you want to be while the sun dips into the water. This suite offers a western facing King Master Bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an en suite bathroom.
Room 2 has a queen.
Room 3 has 1 queen bed and a full bed and a floor to ceiling window.
Bonus room has a sofa and room for you to bring a inflatable mattress for an extra guest. Access to the washer and dryer room.
In addition to 3 proper bedrooms and a bonus room, there is a large kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The large balcony can be accessed by the living room sliding glass doors as well as through the master bedroom sliding glass doors. Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony during the day and watch as the landscape lighting illuminates the property after the gorgeous sunset.
Located in the middle of city center, start your day with coffee at the shop across the street and end it with a gourmet dinner at Salt Rock. You won t be able to resist the smell, you re so close!
Free tennis courts, library and playground are located directly across the street. Mangrove nature walks less than a block away.
And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

Great vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was great and just beyond that was the Gulf of Mexico. We had 8 people and had more than enough room. The area was very quiet and mostly residential.

We had an amazing time. Love the pool and such a close proximity to the beach, it was easy to access both even with small children. Wish we would have stayed longer, maybe next time. We would definitely return to this condo, or another property from this owner as we had such a wonderful time and experience!

You're paying for location
The location is amazing however the property needs major renovations. If you are okay with paying upwards of 500+ to be directly on the beach and have access to a pool this place is okay. The property itself is old and rundown. If they were to replace shower heads, toilet in the master bedroom, and the beds it would make a huge difference. Also the pool doesn't get cleaned very often and the hot tub was never running. The parking is difficult because there is not alot of space for all the other renters staying there. We will not come back to this property again.

The property location was perfect. The penthouse was clean and everything we needed. This property is exceptionally great for the price. Yes, a few things could be improved. (Communication with the host) However, they helped us out with our checkout situation. I’d definitely stay here again. This was our second stay.

What a location
I can’t say enough about the wonderful location of this unit. We couldn’t ask for a better view. Loved the deck and the pool area too. I do agree about other reviews about the older building and some small maintenance things that could be taken care of- like replacing light bulbs, batteries, and some touch ups- but those things were just minor. The unit was very clean and having the elevator was a huge plus for my dad. Would definitely stay again. Owner was responsive to my questions and was very helpful.

Wonderful view and space
We had an easy, enjoyable experience. The view, beach and location are great. Salt Rock Grill restaurant and Indian Shores Coffee are across the street. Both are delicious. The condo was very clean and spacious. Nice to have a garage. The host was lovely and responsive when we reached out. The kitchen could use baking dishes, serving bowls and regular spoons. Poly wood or other new deck furniture would be nice. Overall a wonderful week with family!

Great beach access; walking access to pickleball court, coffee, mini-golf, etc. Easy drive to other activities. Condo all as represented. Would have been nice to have heated pool. Hot tub temp management a problem. Cycles too quickly between hot and cold.

Me and my family really enjoyed the location and private nature of this place. The private pool and beach access was amazing. The beach was beautiful. The building is old and really needs to be revamped. The doors are hard to open (we had to have a doorknob replaced because it fell off when I tried to open it), some of the wood frames are broken and rotting, the outside deck is just old and could use some TLC. The down stairs first floor looks old and run down. Other than those things the stay was great and the location is amazing.

Property review
There was an older property that was not particularly well-maintained. It advertised the fact that it had an elevator, which, indeed it did, but the elevator was inside the three levels of the property, not as a separate thing, and if somebody on the second floor was using it you couldn’t use it or if they forgot to close the door the elevator wouldn’t function. It needed paint and needed maintenance and was not particularly well stocked. The property manager, however, was excellent and addressed all of our concerns.

Holiday getaway
The location of the unit was great. There was the cutest little coffee shop within a few minutes walk from the unit. We stayed on the top floor of the unit which had a wonderful balcony which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. There were a few minor issues with a shower head being broken and several light bulbs were burnt out and needed changing but overall a nice unit. The only real disappointment was the spa. We tried to use it a few times in the evening and it never seemed to work properly. I did reach out to the property manager who did respond about an hour later, but it never did turn on. Overall we had a lovely time.

Overall great stay
The location, the views, the communication, the pool, the place was wonderful. I would truly enjoy to come down again to stay! However, the beds, truly need to be replaced as well as bedding. Feels like it’s been there at least 5 years.(as well as from pictures). The stove had a crack on glass top, but all burners worked, one bedroom had a closet that was not able to be used, which would have been fine, IF there was a dresser in the room. In the master, the first fan on left, rocks, but it doesn’t appear to be damaged, we had to buy batteries for tv remote in living room, the ones that were in it were corroded. Overall the stay was great, it just appears it needs a little more TLC like owners would do their own home.

Older property with great location
The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach. Very close to cute coffee place and easy walks to other attractions/dinning options. Having garage parking was also great, especially when there was a tornado warning! Check in/out was fairly straightforward and the manager allowed us to check in/out earlier/later since there wasn't anyone else before/after us. Communication was ok, could have been more prompt at times. The condo is definitely older but fairly well maintained. It would be helpful to guests to provide dishwasher and laundry pods/tabs if it is expected for us to leave things clean. A broom/dust pan or vacuum would also be helpful for the sand. We did have to kill a cockroach in the master bedroom one night...definitely a memorable experience. The pool/hot tub seemed to not be working correctly and based on previous reviews, this has been an ongoing problem that really should be fixed. A lot of people want to have the pool and beach access and are willing to pay for it but will be very disappointed when the hot tub isn't hot and the pool is green. Overall, nice place to stay but would recommend some freshening up of fixtures, towels, and fixing the pool/hot tub pump. And calling an exterminator.

Lots of surprises
Having lived and rented many beach condos, here are the features that set this one apart: 3 deck features include an outdoor open deck, covered deck and closed in deck, private elevator if needed, private indoor 2 car garage, easy walk to Indian Shores Coffee or nicer dinner restaurant, on bike and pedestrian trail and private pools area for starters. The only thing I shared with owner, is that the kitchen needed to be stocked for the number of guests is can sleep. If you cook or use the kitchen for dinners, plan accordingly since there aren't enough wine glasses, dinner plates, can opener that works, etc. But the beach location, square footage and layout were just terrific plus it was dog friendly!

I almost don't want to leave a review so I can keep this place to myself next time I go to Florida. Beautiful property and unit. The view from the back deck is to die for. Every morning we sat on the HUGE back deck and listened to the waves crashing in while drinking coffee. I believe Its way closer to the water than most properties we looked at before booking this one. The pool is awesome as well. When the kids weren't at the beach they were at the pool. It was a great mix of entertainment. The location is nice as well. Its close to everything you would want to do in this area. You get a oversized garage which was nice being that we rented a car while there and didn't want it banged up when we took it back. And the elevator to get from the first floor to the unit was a huge hit with the kids and very easy being that we went shopping a few times and had to haul everything up. Super easy with an elevator! Owner is super responsive and easy to get ahold of if you have questions. Honestly the trip was perfect! Everything we needed to unwind.

Great Spring Break
Place was very nice and spacious. Location was fantastic! Weather was wonderful the week we were there. Pros: *Best Beach view *Penthouse was very spacious for our family *Elevator for elder parents were great *Swimming pool and hot tub was working fine *Entry hall before coming inside was awesome so that we can leave our sandy shoes out there instead of tracking them inside. *Master Bedroom was very spacious. *A lot of closet space! *Kitchen was great with utensil and pots and pans. *Love the hooks on the back patio to hand our wet swim suits. *Laundry room was wonderful to have so we didn't have to pack so much. *Love all the little leftovers past renters have left behind so we didn't have to get so much necessities from the store. Cons: *Need a new shower curtain in master bathroom. *Outside patio need new cushions *One of the rooms were missing a remote control for the tv *Lighting did not work in the living room. *Ceiling fan in Master Bedroom was exposed therefore we didn't dare turn on the fan. Thank you for a great stay! We will come again!

Not bad but wont stay there again
The room was nice and spacious but could use some upgrades. The showers hardly had any water preasure and no lightning in them. The toilet paper holder was nasty and all rusted. There was a loose handle on the kitchen sink, a broken hinge on one of the cabinets, there was a picture that must have fell from the previous renters that was leaning against the wall, the fridge woke us up at 2am for 3 days because of a loud motor was going on it, (that got fixed) but took 3 days. Found it to be a pain to open the door because it still used keys and not a key pad. Was worried we would lock ourselves out if we forgot the key. One of the biggest complaints was the tv situation. There was nice big televisions but unless you logged in on your own subscription to a streaming service there was nothing to watch, not even basic local channels. Finally the room was clean but the facility was not, the stairs and hallway was filthy, there were leaves all in the garage and around the pool area, the grill was all rusted on the lid but worked great, the jacoozi had to be filled up everyday for some reason, figured it was loosing water somewhere. The place could really use a property manager to keep it cleaned even if its an hour a day. The location was great and we did enjoy ourselves, just want to let people know what to expect, but for the cost i think ill try somewhere else next year.

Family Get away
Overall this place is fantastic!! The view is amazing and the condo is roomy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen, except could use some more kitchen towels. The down side is that the pool is not heated and the hot tub only worked for a brief part of our visit, we communicated with the property manager and they did everything they could to get it working, but not in time for us to make use of it much. If they fixed the pool heater and hot tub this place would be 5 stars for sure!! Walking distance to mini golf and Salt Rock restuarant....if you are there on a weekend and plan to eat there call a couple days in advance we called Saturday morning for a reservation and they were already booked for the night! My only other complaint would be that not much is provided to you for paper goods.....literally one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels in kitchen and 2 garbage bags! Oh also plan to bring your own laundry detergent they do not provide any but want the beach towels washed upon departure. You should also update your pictures on your listing....pool area does not have the couch that is pictured, and there are only 2 lounge chairs with no umbrellas. picture in kitchen is also not accurate there is not a Keruig it is a regular coffee pot. Again overall it is great just need to fix the pool and hot tub and get some new outdoor furniture! The inside was very clean :)

Great location, but property needs significant structural and electrical updates
This is our second time staying here and will unfortunately be our last. The location is fantastic. Steps from the beach. However, the unit needs serious upgrades. The lights flicker constantly, the baseboards are scuffed and dirty, the balcony is bowing and is unsafe for kids on the left side. We made sure to keep our kids away because the railing is loose. The dining room chairs and couches have multiple stains. The hard surfaces were clean, but the soft surfaces need replacing. There was a shattered glass side table in the master bedroom. The outdoor cushions are ripped to shreds and flat. The property manager is non responsive after multiple attempts to contact her. The black shower mat in the guest bathroom is hazardous. My 5 year old slipped and hit his head so we used a towel. The only response we got back was about the outdoor cushions and the deck, but we never saw any replacement cushions. There is a significant ceiling leak in the hallway so we had to put a trash can up to catch the water. It’s coming in through the soffett and is an electrical hazard. We notified the property manager and never got a response. The side of the building right above the garage and below the window has a gaping hole that leaks dirty water down when it rains. I will reiterate that the unit’s hard surfaces (floor, countertop, etc.) were clean, but the structural integrity itself needs work. You can tell this is purely an investment property for cash flow and not a labor of love anymore.

Lights missing from the overhang to see to get in the front door and then lights missing to see to get into the third floor unit. This was not an ideal way to start vacation. Owner needs to install proper lighting as a skylight does not work in the dark. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is hanging out of the ceiling, which is a safety issue. Grill cannot be used as it has not been cleaned in years and is falling apart. No umbrellas around the pool. They only have the rusted out bases left. Cushions for the outdoor chairs are falling apart. Towel rack in guest bath is pulling away from the wall. No remote to the TV in one of the guest bedrooms, therefore unusable. Old broken light in the corner of the bedroom that just needs to be removed. The ceiling fan in the living room has all of the lightbulbs broken out of it and unusable. The entry door to the unit needs a fresh coat of paint as it has lots of wear and tear. The kitchen is nice, but who really uses a kitchen that much on vacation? The location is great. I really, really wanted this place to be nice as I paid a premium rate for it. The main photo they use to get you to book the property is not what you get. No patio furniture around the pool. Only rusted umbrella bases and rusted chairs. The pool heater does not work, so you cannot swim unless it is very warm in Florida. I am emailing the owner my photos that support these statements and I hope they will invest in their property.
