Newly renovated! Queen bed with 43 inch TV in bedroom. The Living room offers a 55 inch smart TV with a very comfortable sectional sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked! Also, there is an extra full sized mattress available *per request*.

Property does have 3 beach cruiser style bikes to enjoy cruising around town and down the famous pinellas trail.

My boyfriend and I currently do distance. This house was absolutely perfect the best getaway I could've ever asked for the places extremely cute definitely felt like at home. Only thing I could say is if you're always cold bring extra blankets but other than that I definitely recommend this to Couples.

Had no problems with the property. The area does not seem that great, but the property itself was good overall. Only recommendation would be some extra blankets and towels. Good for a quick stay.

Not in a nice neighborhood, unkept surroundings, lights & fan in bedroom didn't work, only one bed when 2 were listed, German roach in trash can, no trash can in bathroom, somewhat difficult to get to due to road closure, have stayed in VRBO properties in CO, FL and OK, this one the least satisfactory.

This was a great place to stay. Conviently located to shopping and minute's from the beach. Nice to have laundry on-site to use. Clean and comfortable. Also a quiet neighborhood too.

This property was just as advertised. It was a great place for my wife and I to spend a few days enjoying what the area has to offer. Very short drive to Disney! We also enjoyed the pool a few times while there.

This property was well equipped for our beach days. It had an umbrella and chairs, and 3 decent bikes. Everything was organized when we got there. The only problem was that there were no working lights in the bedroom.

A chill place to hang
Enjoyed a long weekend, accommodation was perfect to spend time with friends, and to get to the beaches and other areas of interest. Great shower! Only adjustment I'd suggest is some instructions for lighting in the front room, and suggestions for optimal temperature control. Couldn't get the air quite right; too cold most of the time, especially in the bedroom.

We stayed here in April 2022. The place is clean and comfy. It was an easy drive to Clearwater, Tampa and the surrounding areas! This place is priced right for the location. We felt safe during our stay and would definitely stay again! James (the owner) was very responsive. Having linens and towels with a washer and dryer were also great! This little pace had everything we needed!

Great location , host , and amenities
Fantastic communication with James. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were there to bike and go to the beach. He has beach cruiser bikes that we put to good use, and he has chairs available to bring to the beach so we were able to try 3 different beaches! Quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions and shopping. Hope we can visit again next year!

Very nicely renovated property. Clean, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, biking/walking trail all in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking for multiple vehicles as well. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Would definitely stay again!
