Lovely little cottage!
Great stay at this place, had a little trouble finding it at night but the owners answered our call right away and we're able to direct us. Was so nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and the coziest little place. Had everything we needed and I would stay here again! Bed was very comfy too!

This is the first time using a Vrbo rental. This cabin is comfortable, well appointed and immaculate. We spent five days here and enjoyed every minute. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable for their guests. The location is very convenient for downtown museums and activities.

Great Little Place
Came in to town for vacation and music. Property was perfect for me plus a friend. Was close to some good restaurants and a short ride to downtown St. Petersburg. Kitchen well furnished for cooking. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Long Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I went down for an extended weekend to visit family. Generally, we weren’t in the house much, which made it perfect for just the two of us. Cute little space for eating, showering, and sleeping.

The place was very peaceful and quiet , off the beaten path but close to all the venues and attractions. It was well stocked with all that was needed for a nice stay. The only concern we had was that the inside of the microwave was in need of cleaning.

Hidden gem
A small cottage tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but a pleasantly short drive to anything you might want to get into. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as it allowed us to spend the day at the beach, drive to all the amazing local restaurants and drive back to such a peaceful street. The wine was a pleasant touch, thank you.

Cute and Close to Activities
The cottage was a perfect size for me, my wife, and our 2 dogs. It's within walking distance to Lassing Park. The dogs swam each morning and evening. The parking spot is a little tight. Overall, a cute cottage and the area was quiet.

Excellent cottage
This was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I and two goldens were staying a few days as we made our way south and stopped at my office in St. Pete. The cottage has everything you can think of and is so easy to get to, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The wine upon arrival and lights on to help us see were amazing. Great fenced in garden and yard with cute table and chairs to have morning coffee or just relax outside. Highly recommend if you need a great place to stay near St. Pete city and/or beaches. So much to do!

Quiet and peaceful
It was nice having a private entrance to the little mother in law apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, though on the weekends you can hear the music from a nearby restaurant when you are outside. All in all the perfect place for someone in business or just needing a remove from downtown to stay. Kitchen was well stocked to cook. WiFi was great.

Highly recommend!
We stayed for three weeks. Everything was perfect. The studio was conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed many walks in nearby Lassing Park. The studio, especially the kitchen, was unusually well-furnished. A firm mattress ensured that sleeping was comfortable. And Tom and John were marvelous hosts--friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommended!

Fantastic little cottage!
My wife and I, and our 5mo old puppy, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This cute little cottage is tucked away in a quiet area just a couple blocks from Lassing Park - an underused, quiet stretch of park with beach access to the bay. It's also just 10min from downtown where you can find a multitude of wonderful restaurants, drinking establishments, and more. The cottage is clean, well-appointed, and stocked with just about everything you might need. The owners were also very friendly and communicative. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Tom and John were awesome! Quiet neighborhood, and was great for our big chocolate lab to roam in the fenced in yard. Close to town, not far from many attractions. The cottage was very cute and just enough room for my husband and I, and our lab. Our daughter and her husband came for a few nights and still enough room. Tom and John are great host. I hope in the future we will be able to come back!😃

Second Time!
Stayed again for the second time in 2 months. This quiet cottage is a gem of a vrbo! Newly renovated, super clean. Able to park the car next to the cottage. Very tastefully decorated. Nice additional touches like a bottle of red wine to welcome us, hotel sized shampoo and soap bars, and coffee ready to brew in the morning (since we got in at midnight d/t a delayed flight). Owners are very conscientious and responsive. This cottage will be our "home away from home" in St. Pete.
