This is a darling 2 bedroom /2 bath home, sleeps 7. The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. It is on a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, no bridges. Bring your own boat or rent ours . We rent our 24' pontoon boat for just $85 per day/night. Our policy is that you rent it at that price for your entire stay . If you only want it for one day or are only staying for two nights, it is $200. We also have two paddle boards and two kayaks included in the house rental. Both excellent for flats fishing... rod and reels included!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, and a private sitting room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen pull out couch, and a chair and a half with a pull out twin bed. Pac N Play and High chair also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice make, beverage cooler and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer included and a large pantry to stock up for your family and guests.
Included is a 65” smart flat screen TV and 5g WIFI. We also have added a portable desk and chair for you to set up to work from home.
Screened in porch and large deck overlook the dock and water view. The Deck include a large gas grill and a Green Egg grill.
The location is close to the Pinellas bike trail and Innisbrook golf resort. Plenty of great restaurants locally.

Excellent Rental for Families!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We especially enjoyed the paddle boards, beach supplies, and taking the boat out to Honeymoon Island. We will definitely rent this house again:)

Spring Get-Away
Beautiful home with wonderful backyard right on the canal and shaded by two large oak trees. Just perfect! Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out on the dock. Very convenient to parks, bike and walking trail, the beach, restaurants and stores. Could not have asked for more!

Delightful house. Very comfortable with a great view of the harbor. We saw dolphins from the back deck along with birds fishing . The highlight of the stay was taking the boat into the gulf to the little island picking up shells. There were also lots of starfish that were really cool.

The house was immaculate and we loved having access to the pontoon boat. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out. We also loved using the gas grill. Ruth was very quick to respond to our questions.

Fantastic Property and Awesome Owner!
My family and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property and it was wonderful! Ruth was an amazing host with incredible communication! We enjoyed using the boat and visiting Three Rooker Island that is just over 4 miles from the property. We will be back Ruth and thank you again for everything!

The Total Package
Staying at this property is the total package in that you are close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Also, if you rent the boat from Ruth and Garrison you have it ready and waiting to enjoy upon arrival. Great communication with the hosts, the house and property, and proximity to anything you may want to do makes this the total package!

Perfect Florida Getaway
After a few long days at Disney World, this property is just what our family needed. A quiet street with direct dock access to the canal, our family loved spending time on the outdoor deck watching dolphins swim by. Very close to the sponge docks, local beaches and shopping, it is the perfect basecamp for a Gulf vacation. Ruth is a very responsive and kind host, with prompt and clear communication. Wonderful Vacation!
Property was exactly as described. The house was clean, cute, and perfect for our family if 5. We rented the boat, which was the best part of staying here. The barrier islands are beautiful and we had no idea how wonderful our time out exploring the islands would be. I would recommend this place to friends for a wonderful, relaxing vacation for sure! A little far from Tampa and attractions or places to visit, one hour away at least, but if you are looking to relax, the house and location to go out on the boat is amazing!

Great Location for boating
The house is located on a very nice canal and has a pontoon boat for rent at it's dock. It's very close to Tarpon Springs ($10 dock for 4 hours) and Caladesi Island State park with a marina ($6 for the boat and people to spend the day on the beach. The waters are connected by the intercoastal waterway and are protected and calm if the wind is not too high. There are many sandy islands that you can anchor near and go swimming and hiking. The area has many restrurants by water or land. Very nice vacation.

Excellent outdoor space and comfy indoor space
We have one daughter that lives in Tampa and one that lives in Seminole. We usually stay in a nice hotel in Tampa when we visit, but decided to try something different this time. It was PERFECT! The outdoor space is fantastic, and the indoor space made us feel right at home. We only stayed 4 nights, 2 of which we grilled out in the great outdoor kitchen. It was just perfect!

Everything we were looking for!
My husband and I were looking for a place to work remotely for a couple of weeks in January, where we could also do some biking. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of space and privacy for both of us to get our work done, with easy access to the Pinellas trail for a ride at the end of the day. Ruth was a wonderful host, very responsive from the day we booked through the last day of our stay. And her property is charming -- clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed, plus a lovely view of the canal and lots of windows. Top notch!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in Palm Harbor. Ruth was very helpful prior to our arrival and made extra effort to help us with a early grocery delivery when our flight was delayed. The view of the canal was terrific and the house more than met our needs. The house lacked paper towels and napkins that you would normally expect in a VRBO property and the cleaning crew could do a better job prepping for guests. We would be happy to come back again thanks to nice owners.

Wonderful trip!
This rental is everything and more! We had a fantastic time fishing off the dock and using the pontoon to reach the barrier islands. The house is very well laid out and is fully stocked with pans/utensils/etc. They had everything that we could possibly need. The screened in area was fun to sit in as the storms rolled through. Ruth and her husband are so kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend this rental to anyone! Can't wait to visit again!

Spring break getaway
Our family enjoyed 4 nights at the Baywood Village home. Upon arrival the house was meticulously maintained and exceptionally clean. The home was stocked with essentials plus so much more. My teenage children enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We also rented their pontoon boat during our stay. It was an easy ride out to the barrier islands where we anchored for a relaxing afternoon. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return for another visit.

Great getaway
What a great place to relax and enjoy time with family! I can not say one negative thing about our experience. The home was clean and had almost anything needed for a fun vacation - beach towels, a cooler, kayaks, a boat, a grill, and even an ice machine. Being that it is a 2 bedroom I assumed it would be a bit small, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of space and a lot of seating inside and out, and the back deck was so beautiful and relaxing. This home will not disappoint. We are already talking about reserving again next year.

BEST OF THE BEST!!!!
From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property we knew we made the right choice. We are locals and were looking for a relaxing week on the water with our boat. This house has it all!! Super clean, polished terrazzo floors, all the amenities you could ask for. My wife and 13-year-old daughter along with friends that visited during the week all had a blast and commented on how great this house is. Great communication from Ruth the property owner the entire trip. 12 out of 10 stars all the way!! Highly recommend for anyone!!
