We are grateful to share that this beautiful condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! We anticipate renovations at the complex to be completed soon. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate as they recover. This is as good as it gets in paradise! This small and quaint beach front building is located directly on the sugary white sand of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You'll want to spend most of your time on the beach, enjoying water sports, walking the beach, viewing the sunset, or walking a short distance to local restaurants and activities. Indian Rocks Beach has 3 miles of pristine sand, a community feel and lots to do, it won't disappoint for your relaxing & rejuvenating beach vacation. Welcome!

Indian Rocks Beach is one of the premier beaches on the Gulf Coast. There are miles of sand with plenty of public beach access points, though here at our beach oasis, you have your private access. There are quaint shops and restaurants, activities for all ages, water sport rentals and more... all within a short distance.

The condo is the first unit from the parking lot and just a few steps to the beach. There is a large patio at the front of the building adjoining the beach with chairs for occupants to share. See photos
- The primary responsible party booking and staying at the unit must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no smoking in the condo or in the common areas (beach facing patio furniture)
- Bath towels and Linens are for normal use and should not be used for cleaning, dying hair, removing makeup, taking to beach etc
- One designated parking space is provided, but additional parking must be found and paid for by the guest, there is not additional parking onsite
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
