Great weekend get away!

Perfect for Families
We definitely enjoyed our stay in Largo. The house was spacious, the pool was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Our family has numerous food allergies so a kitchen and proximity to grocery stores is a must. We also enjoyed how close it was to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. Would definitely recommend or stay here again if we are in the area!

An incredible home away from home! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The beach, pool and toddler supplies were so appreciated. Highly recommend this place, the location is amazing!

Largo family reconnect
This house fit 5 adults and a 21/2 year old toddler. We all took advantage of the great pool, and found the house perfect living space for us all. Location is great close to beaches, restaurants and many activities, our family really enjoyed the mini golf and the nature center.

Great spot for family
The property is wonderful. The house was very clean and completely stocked with anything you could need. The pool was amazing…not in full sun, so some shady spots exist for those who can’t be in the sun all day. There were beach chairs, yard toys, and anything else you might want for a beach vacation. Travel to Indian Rocks beach was about 10 minutes by car. Great beach and nice restaurants there. Grocery store was an easy walk/very short drive. This is really a perfect place for families looking for a great getaway!

Great location with great amenities
The home was beautiful. The layout was great and the home was provided with everything you could think of. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had as well as give advice on some places to visit. The driving distance to the local beaches was very close as well as a lot of good shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants the space for your vacation and access to a private pool. The pool is heated, however I’m not sure it was working while we were there as it was cold but the size is great and the outdoor patio space was used by us very well.

Awesome & Wow, everything and more as described!! This property is set up for Family, Guest & Friends. It is maintained with love. The proximity to Beaches, Restaurants and downtown St. Pete, afford its guest with an abundance of fun possibilities. Although I've never met Dale or Cindy, it's obvious they care about their guest & the comfort of their stay. If this property is available, there should be no hesitation in booking. Great location, home and communication
We had a great time at this home. It was stocked with everything we could have needed and then some. The owners were very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The house set up was fantastic. The home is within close distance to several beaches. We even took a short drive to the Tampa Zoo one day. Only downfall was the pool was cold. I am not sure if the heater was not working or if it’s because of the temperatures when we were there. Aside from that I would recommend this house to anyone looking for space and access to a private pool.

Great place!
Feels like home. Obviously someone has put a lot of thought into their property as a welcoming and comfortable home. Stay was perfect. Pool was a bit on the dirty side so we didn't use it, but this was just two weeks after Hurricane Milton so I get it. The area was still in recovery mode when we arrived. Highly recommend.

The Ultimate Vacation Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed this property and WILL visit again next year. The location is perfect, being 5 minutes to IRB which is beautiful, great little restaurants, fast food and grocery store just down the street.We had two adults and two children in our party. The split floor plan works perfectly - grandma on one side and the kids and mom on the other side. It would be great for two small families also as there is a sleeping nook in the master bedroom.The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there including all the beach toys. The pool is wonderful and we like that it is screened in. Plenty for the kids to do in the backyard.End the day with eating s'mores around the firepit. What more can you ask for.A well deserved 5 star review!

Family Vacation, Exploring Around Tampa Area
Long overdue on writing this review. We stayed here end of June into July this past summer (2022). House was impeccably clean, and provided every amenity we could have asked for. The house itself was incredible, and very well laid out for our family (Myself, my wife, and 2 kids). The pool was beautiful and spotless, being cleaned halfway through our stay. The location of the property left us very well situated to explore and do everything we wanted to, from Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Area, and Sand Key beach and park. We had every intention of booking this rental again for this coming summer, but unfortunately that’s where we have run into the only drawback I can think of regarding this property. When attempting to book for 2023, we found the total cost for the exact same week to be grossly higher than last year. I understand a lot has changed with the world lately, but doubling the cost in the 7 or 8 months since we booked for this past year is unreasonable. As much as we loved this property, and would have loved to make this our yearly destination, the sheer principle of doubling the cost will have us looking elsewhere for the future. And to make matters worse, this is now the 3rd attempt at posting this review because they have been blocking it until I filtered information or censored certain, very relevant information, to their liking. Makes me no longer trust their review system as a reliable guidance when booking a rental.

Nice home with very nice owners
The home is a little outdated in places and on a main road, but really a nice stay overall. Even if I had kids with me, the house is set back from the main road with a pull-around driveway and would be safe. Location is down the road from Publix and across from a golf course. We didn’t head to the beach, so I don’t know about proximity. The flooring in the kitchen is a little deteriorated and the backyard grass a little tall to play in, but the pool was refreshing and the patio was enjoyable. Beds were fine. The owners were easy to reach and accommodating. We happened to be there right before Hurricane Ian and they were willing to work with us if we needed shelter for a longer time. I would recommend if you’re looking to visit people in the area

Thw property was a dream!
The decor of the house was gorgeous, with every room having its own look but still fitting the overall theme. The yard was incredible, with beautiful flowers and game spaces surrounding a gorgeous lanai and covered pool. The location was easy to get to and the front circular drive was fairly private and hidden from view. It was easy to get to the beach and to major streets. The house was welcoming and comfortable for adults and kids alike, and very well appointed. I was very happy to stay here and would gladly stay here again.

Summer Vacation
This was the first time visiting the west coast of Florida with my husband and daughters. It had a very relaxed vibe, beautiful beaches, and everyone was so friendly. The home was spacious and clean. The outdoor space was serene, beautiful and relaxing. We spent our evenings outside and the pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, we had a very relaxing stay.
