Family Christmas was perfect here
The unit was an awesome size and layout and the outside patio was amazing with great bay and ocean views. We had our family for Christmas and it was perfect!!Location is great as well.

Post hurricane Thanksgiving
The place was exactly what we needed for the family Thanksgiving vacation. The decks were a great place to hang out. The patio furniture was in good shape and plenty of options for our family ranging from older teenage to 82yo mother-in-law. It was disappointing to not have network television (Roku only) for the Thanksgiving week college sports, but we were able to hdmi output laptop streaming to the family room TV. The floor was a bit dirty as evidenced by everyone's socks, and the interior decorating is a little older, but very nicely done (guessing late 90's or early 2000's). We had 6 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would imagine more people would have fit fine but sleeping options beyond 6 would be less than ideal. The area is still recovering from Helene and Milton, and it will be awhile until it comes back. I don't know that there were more than 3 or 4 units occupied while we were there. There were a couple of tradesmen in the parking lot working on the building every morning. The pool was out of commission, and they were working to get it back on line, but we were made aware of that before we came. I think that parking would have been a challenge if the building were fully occupied, and the businesses on the first floor were functional. We loved the coffee and the breakfasts at the Sweet Brewnette before the storms. We hope they will be able to come back. Much of the beach area is still quite damaged. Access to the beach is limited.

Great get-a-way location
We couldn't have asked for a better location. Quick and easy access to the beach, very short drive or walk to Johns Pass. Plenty of food choices in the area. Very spacious accommodations. There were extra beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and floats available for use. The patio view and use were awesome. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Penthouse Condo
We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse! The property was well-equipped and maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-organized, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beautiful rooftop deck provided us with a stunning view of the special blue moon that occurred while we were there. We could also see the sunrise from the perfect angle, and we even had a small view of the ocean across the street. Believe it or not, one morning I was able to see a dolphin swim by just like in the movies. Glad I had my glasses on! My daughter used the pool briefly, and it was lovely. The location was perfect—not too crowded, and the walk across the street to the beach couldn’t have been easier. It was an easy walk to John’s Pass, and we even ventured over the bridge. We tried the little coffee shop by the building before our trip back home and it was delicious. (We wish we would have stopped by there sooner.) The host was very attentive and answered my questions in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend this property to others. If we ever decide to stay in that area again, we would definitely stay here.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
Everything about the Penthouse was fantastic. The condo was very clean with beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. Beach chairs, cooler, toys and many beach towels were greatly appreciated!! Winn-Dixie and John’s Pass were both less than a mile walk. Walmart delivery was super easy. We’ll definitely come back again.

Great stay!
This was my second time staying in this building. We came with more family this time, and this penthouse was perfect. It is so spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice! There were tons of beach items available for us to use. I love the easy walk across this street to the beach. We will definitely keep this in mind next time we come to the area.

Hidden gem. Will definitely be back. Already planning our next vacation to stay here. Condo is very clean and well stocked. Patio is beautiful! Fantastic location. Almost didn’t want to share how great this condo is so we could keep it a secret.

Fantastic Penthouse
The penthouse was spotless, well appointed, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a nice get away. The views of the bay/channel and beach were very good. Always a good place to sit in the sun or shade and relax on decks. Several good places to eat within walking distance, including just downstairs on the first floor. The landscaping around the building and around the pool could use some love and attention, but with a beautiful beach directly across the street it didn't matter. We highly recommend this property and won't hesitate to come back again.

Stayed for a week in February. 10 years in Madeira Beach and this was the easiest, most friendly booking we’ve had. Owner was amazing, even called to allow us to check in early. Condo was stunning. Plenty of room for 5 adults, and would have fit more if we needed. Panoramic views of Madeira Beach. We’ll stocked with everything needed for a great week. Already booked again for next year!

Great Location- Spacious, open Condo with great views
Our multi-generational family gathering found everything we were hoping for in this condo. The unit is huge, with lots of gathering space in addition to the three bedrooms. The unit was well-appointed and clean and the check-in was among the easiest we've experienced.

We had a great few days here . The penthouse was exceptionally clean . There is so much room . The balcony was huge with great views ! It was so well stocked had everything you could possibly need from beach towels to kitchen items ! The beach is a short walk across the street and there is a beach path . Love that they sent me places to eat and things to do in the area that was a huge plus since was our first time here . They are quick to respond with any questions . We will def be staying here again !

Girls week!!
Penthouse B exceeded our expectations. The place very clean, the pool was warm and the beach access was literally across the street. Tons of restaurants/bars within walking distance or you can just uber if walking's not your thing. Jim was nice and easy to communicate with when needed. Easy to get to from the airport, easy to access but not easy to leave...would book again in a heartbeat!!

First, let me say that the photos do not do the place justice. it is MUCH more spacious than the pictures show. Everything was as advertised and I couldn't be happier, despite a few minor things: no extra toilet paper in any bathrooms TV/Sound system was a bit challenging to figure out (would recommend a small cheat sheet) toilet paper was put on backward (lol) Do not let these little things stop you, book this place if you are headed this way! I know when I come back I will be looking at it again! Thank you!

Perfect Penthouse!
The four of us enjoyed our our stay. This was our first time at Madeira Beach. The condo was so spacious and clean. Beautiful views, from the balconies! We will definitely come back and stay again. Hopefully sooner than later.

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s right across the beach with a huge balcony! The pictures really do not do it justice! Mr Jim answered quick and every time I had any question. There is also an amazing coffee shop right downstairs. We are already planning a trip back!

Spacious beach house!
The place was huge and in a great location. On the Inland waterway I think it’s called and just across the street from the beach. We walked 5 miles on the beach before our CE classes everyday. Great open spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Awesome!
