Directly across from the huge front lawn, Kids will enjoy the playground, adults can walk, bike, or scooter the famous trail. There’s even a lake to fish!
At the ESTATE, relax and chill at the heated pool or Hot Tub or shaded giant bamboo trees in the rear yard.
Living room features a fireplace,. Two master suites with en-suite full baths. 55” Smart TVsOne is just off the front door for easy disabled guests or grand parents. A fully shaded dog pen is located in the rear yard.

Fabulous Pool Retreat
We loved our stay! The property was gorgeous and in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything you could need including beaches, restaurants, and stores. The pool was bigger and better than the pictures could even show. Wonderful layout! Thank you for an amazing week with our family!

Great spot for a family get away!
This home was beautiful and up to date with everything we needed for our family of 11 (parents, adult children and grandchildren) to have fun and enjoy a week together! Stephen is extremely attentive to any needs and checks to be sure we are comfortable and have what we need. This is our second stay at one of his properties and we will visit more in the future! Thank you Stephen for being so accommodating and welcoming!

Absolutely Awesome
Property was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 3 children. Close to the beach's, restaurants, shopping and Publix, yet still very private.....this was everything as advertised. The park across the street is great as well. Big warm pool and lots of space inside and out. Our host Stephen was absolutely awesome and communicated as needed. I would recommend this property to anybody, and we will be back!!

Family vacation
We took our first 3 generation family vacation to Florida and this property couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool and we took many trips to the park right across the street. It was perfectly located for all the things we had planned. Stephan was very prompt on answering all our questions and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Hoping to make this a yearly adventure!!

Great house!
This property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed! The location across from the beautiful park was perfect with a little one. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub (due to chilly weather) they are amazing to have for a vacation. We did enjoy sitting out back and relaxing. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout and space in the house was perfect for large family as we were not all on top of each other. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions and needs that we had. The large property was especially nice, in that, we didn’t feel like neighbors were too close as most properties are. Would definitely recommend this host and house and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent all around
We had a great vacation at a great house. Stephen was a great host and has put together an excellent vacation property. We had a large group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. 5 bedrooms, living room and family room provided plenty of space, and the pool and hot tub were favorites. Just a quick drive to the beaches and shopping and dining. Only have good things to say about this house and we can't wait to come back again. Our group was made up of grandparents, parents with kids and 1 happy dog. Everyone had a great time. Again, thanks to Stephen for helping us to have a great week.

Exactly what I wanted and expected
This was the perfect property for our family get-together. Large grounds for kids to play. They LOVED the swing by the way. House was open concept so that we could virtually interact with a group in one room and still see the people in the room on the other side of the house. Each bedroom was comfortable. I can only speak for the primary bedroom bed but it was extremely comfortable with nice linens. Very accurate to the listing description. Kitchen very well appointed with plenty of needed dishes. The only thing I would say is there was an issue with shower/toilet drainage on the third and fourth day but was addressed immediatley when contacting homeowner. Stephen was a delight to work with. Always stayed in contact and was available by phone whenever I had a question. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great home!
Wish we could have stayed longer! Accurately described on vrbo app. Comfortable accomodations. Nice pool. Body wash and hand soap in each bathroom as well as some pantry items. Garage was not usable for parking, but owner may get rid broken sofa that was in there before long. Beautiful front yard. Park across the street was really nice with paved walking trail. Not as close to the beach as we thought, but still not bad. Communication with owner was superb and he brought us a needed item right away which was awesome. The bedroom with 2 singles needs curtains. Kitchen nicely stocked but could use a couple cookie sheets or baking pans. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a fairly large group looking for a decently priced place.

Amazing house and location!
9 of us traveled to Florida from out of state to have a family get together. House is accurately described in details and photos. Amazing home with nice upgrades and back patio is like your own private resort. Severely of us aren’t beach people and never felt the want or need to leave the property. Relaxing and beautiful are things that describe the home. We all came from cold weather states so it was great to enjoy a pool something very foreign to us! The outside patio furniture looked new and was comfortable, even an outside TV to stream movies or music. Plenty of bedrooms for us all 8 adults and one child. Location was about a 10 minute drive to reddington beach area so great for restaurants and beach access. The child loved the park across the street from home, huge playground, endless entertainment. Truly a great experience. Amenities were endless there wasn’t anything we ran out of or couldn’t find for our week long stay. We would 100% stay here again. If I could afford it I’d buy the place “as is” and do the same as current host is doing! Haven’t seen my family in a year since we live in several different states. So thank you for a great stay in a hole that is comfortable and convenient for what we needed with 9 people.

Beautiful Place for a Family Reunion
We had 4 families ranging in age from 10 yrs to 77 yrs, for a total of 10 people plus 2 drop-ins for 2 nights. The place slept us all very well (the twin-bed room needs window coverings since it faces east and the main road!) and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, large screen-enclosed pool and hot tub. A great plus would be drying racks in the pool area for wet pool towels and swimsuits. And hooks or racks in the bathrooms to dry bath towels. The kitchen was large enough to perform group cooking with no lack of cooking space, although more storage space for food items would have been a plus. There are lots of drawers but only one kitchen cabinet for storage. An additional credenza-style cabinet in the actual kitchen area would have been appreciated by the cooks. More carving knives and a way to sharpen them would be very much appreciated. Plus a colander, a corkscrew for wine, and a sturdier can opener would be great. Our host, Stephen, was very quick to answer any questions or correct any issues that we encountered during our stay. He seems to continually make updates to the property so renters might want to check back to view the changes after booking to avoid any surprises. The location was perfect as there was a community park across the street, the neighborhood was very quiet and we were within quick rides to all the local beach areas and activities.

Huge property/Great location
Home was large with a huge yard. Back yard was fully fenced in so that was great for the dog. Big pool which was immaculate even though was too cold for us to use this stay. Inside was perfect with 2 big living rooms and big dining table to fit all of us for meals. Super clean home. Great location across from park and trail. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing place
We stayed here after being temporarily dishomed due to the hurricanes. This was our 3rd rental and it was hands down my favorite. We have a 2 year old so I loved that we could walk across the street to the park every day. The home itself is spacious and beautiful. We loved the screened in pool and hot tub area and were in at least the hot tub every day. The tv out back was nice to have too. Stephen, the host, was great. He was extremely accommodating and always quick to get back to me. We Live in town but definitely look forward to coming back here if family se hever visits or even just for a staycation.

The pool was large enough to accommodate all 12 members of my family. The pool back yard is beautiful and shaded filled with bamboo. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate all 14 members of my family. The bunk bed room was a big hit with my grandkids 4 and 3 years old.
