Why pay beach front prices when the beach is directly across the street ?
Located 2 blocks north of the historic Don CeSar Hotel and directly across the street from the beach. This 2 bdrm condo is 1 of 6 in the bldg with reserved parking . This condo has large an open concept kitchen/den with a large table that seats 6. Full kitchen fully stocked to cook. Granite counters and vanity in the bathroom. 60" double bowl vanity, with 2 large mirrors and is well lit. Tub/shower and toilet.
Thank you for considering our condo for your upcoming stay! I wanted to provide you with some important information before finalizing your booking.

The condo you are interested in is located on the second floor, and while it is fully functional and unaffected, I want to let you know that the ground-floor units sustained some damage from a previous hurricane. We are currently in the process of rebuilding and renovating those units.

Please be aware that construction is ongoing, and while we are doing our best to minimize disruptions, there may be some daytime noise or activity on the property during your stay.

Definitely a must stay
Great location and short walk to the beach. Sam was easy to get ahold of and was there when we needed him. Will definitely stay there again.
