This unit comes with one assigned parking space on the south end of the property.

This condo is updated, clean & beautiful. The views of the gulf from the balcony are stunning! Right on the beach with easy pool & beach access. It had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants, golf & more.

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Close proximity to everything but not in a crowded tourist location. Very comfortable beds, luxury towels a plus! Can’t beat the view for morning coffee or sunset beverages. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautifully decorated and very cozy! We loved our stay this week!! The kitchen is supplied with everything you need for cooking meals! Also, all the amenities you could need for the beach from towels, toys & chairs was an awesome surprise!! If we’re ever back in Indian Shores this will be our go-to place!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo/grounds were very clean, well organized and had a lot of extras that we could use/borrow (i.e. beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, binder of food options, etc). The pictures were very accurate, so we knew what we would experience, once we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay away from home.

Winter getaway
This was our 2nd stay at the Chateaux, and it did not disappoint. The only disappointment was the elevator service not working, but we new that before arriving. Condo was exactly as described by the pictures. Had great communication with the rental agent Taylor, was always quick to respond. My husband does grilling and would be nice to have some tongs. Thank you for a great week!

Beach Beauty
This property is wonderful! We had an excellent time and scheduling/communication was a breeze. The only thing was the elevator. Must have missed that on the listing but the elevator is broken and we had to walk five flights of stairs with kids. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. The broken elevator should be in bold at the top of the page, for sure!!

Absolutely Amazing
Everything was wonderful. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked as good as any home would be. We were impressed with every aspect. The views are so beautiful, there's almost no words. We even saw dolphins swimming every morning!

Great Place Great Stay
Very nice place with great views. Spent plenty of time on the balcony soaking it all in. The condo was clean with some sand on the floors. Nice to be able to use the beach chairs, but the renters before us who used them never clean the sand off the chairs. The only thing I would do is put a rug at the door to catch some dirt and sand. Overall a great place to stay.

Plenty of beach towels. Overhead fans were nice. Balcony view is fantastic. Parking was easy. Management responded immediately to questions and was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Broken Elevator
The broken elevator soured our vacation. I wasn’t aware of the broken elevator until I arrived. I acknowledge that I missed reading the broken elevator statement in the rental listing. However, the rental company should have contacted me to ensure I was aware of the elevator situation (especially since our unit was on the fifth floor) and offered cancellation. A long term broken elevator is a significant problem. Other guests at the complex were contacted about the elevator and offered cancellation. Other people we met on beach had expressed interest in The Chateaux, but when they were contacted about the broken elevator, decided to stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay!
This condo was in a great location on the beach. Many restaurants along Gulf Blvd to chose from: Salt Rock Grille, DJ’s, Sea Breeze, Caddy’s, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace -Italian- all were very good. Although we had a rental car, there were plenty of restaurants along Gulf Blvd to walk to by foot as well. Our unit was equipped with all of the beach essentials-beach chairs, wake boards, umbrella, small cooler, to name a few. Full kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. We walked the beach daily. Take a 40 min walk to Hyatt’s tiki bar on the beach. Good drinks and great blackened grouper tacos! Traveled a few minutes away to John’s Pass. Took a boat dolphin tour. Had a drink at Caddy’s. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and ate lunch or breakfast from it as well. Nice chairs to relax in. I would recommend this location and this condo.

Fantastic Location & Spacious Condo
The location of the condo was just perfect for us. It's in a quieter area but still convenient to Largo for grocery runs. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and directly on the gulf. There is a good sized deck that is great for watching the sun set. The pool is a bit small, but the pool deck is large with plenty of loungers. And, there are cabanas on the beach that are available for rent. I do feel like more care could be taken in supplying the condo for rental. There were three of us and only four forks. Washing forks after every meal isn't a deal breaker, but we had to supply our own dishwashing detergent. The cookware could use an update as well. And we had to purchase toilet paper as there was only one roll supplied. I think we would stay here again if we travel back to the area. It really is a spacious one bedroom and the view cannot be beat. But we will know to pack a few rolls of TP and a can opener that works! ;-)
