Relax in the comfortably furnished living room or relax on the brightly colored patio set (unless the woven white chair calls to you!). The view of the ocean is definitely best enjoyed with a beverage. The entire interior is cooled by central air conditioning and rugs are strategically placed so you won't slip on the cooling tile and wood flooring. The kitchen, updated as of early 2021, features solid wood cabinets, a nice tile backsplash, and granite countertops. Enjoy packing light with the use of a private washer/dryer.The desk workspace in the living room will help with anyone who needs to complete remote work or schooling. Guests can also enjoy the use of a shared outdoor pool and shower during their stay. What are you waiting for? The beach awaits!

For local food, guests can enjoy Jimmy Guana’s Waterfront Seafood, JD’s Restaurant & Lounge, The Original Crabby Bills, and PJ’s Oyster Bar are all within three-quarters-of-a-mile. Head out to the Florida Botanical Gardens (just three miles from the condo) for a free attraction highlighting the natural beauty of the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
